Incredibly, incredibly happy with this locations service and staff! James was super friendly and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to see, which was the Kia Soul ev. Due to Covid I was struggling with my credit but he and John made sure I was aware of what was happening and helped me leave with the car I wanted, and at an affordable monthly payment. I don’t think I could have gotten anything better, the inside was very clean, and they even cleaned the outside of it twice to make it extra squeaky clean! If you want a car, I highly suggest taking a look at the Springfield location. I made an appointment to look at a Genesis. With COVID-19 happening I didnt have my hopes set high but my salesman James made things happen and I drove off the lot in my new car the same day! James was very inviting and friendly from the second I walked on the lot! It was the easiest car buying process I have had. I had to go back to sign a few papers and I was greeted with the same level of enthusiasm. The finance manager was an absolute pleasure to work with, very to the point and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10. I would not have wanted to shop anywhere else!
