This service department ruined my daughters brand new car by not reconnecting the fuel during service. They gave us credit for the car but we ended up having to buy a new car to get our money back. Since then we have been treated like they don’t want to service our car. She called for basic service today and they were rude. This is the worst service department we have ever dealt with. We will never go back or buy another vehicle from them. Buyer beware.

Green hyundai in my opinion is the best place to buy. Great deals have bought 4 new from them sales staff and service are amazing. Have never had a problem with vehicles just normal service. A Santa Fe, Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo, Sonata Limited, Sonata 2.0 Limited. All GREAT!!!

I dont like to complain about anything car dealership but I just want to say this. I called green Hyundai 5 times about my blindside sencers and they said that they cant find anything wrong with it they said dirt or gravel got up in my right blindside sencers. I told them if you cant fix it then put me in another kona same price and same payments they gave you a runaround and you cant even speak to a supervisor or a manager in person on my 2021 Hyundai kona .

Took my car to be repaired, was told it would be done same day but I personally was not able to pick up before close. Get a call the next day saying they quoted me for the wrong part which leads me to believe they didnt start on my car until the next morning and noticed the mistake and also that it would take 2 weeks to get the correct part in. Thankfully they covered the difference on the part as they should for their mistake. Could not provide me with a loaner car since none was available so they say. Never called with updates, I had to reach out to them but they were never available and I would not receive a call back until days later. Car took almost 3 weeks to be fixed. Very disappointed overall. I understand mistakes happen but very poor communication and customer service.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a brand new car last week and when I took it in to get its care package applied, the dealerships car wash scratched all around my new car AND their technicians CLEAR COATED OVER THEM!! Extremely disappointing customer service experience and they have no empathy or compassion for their customers. The Green for Life warranty IS NOT WORTH IT, unless you want an aneurysm once they damage your new investment. Will never recommend to anyone the hell these people have put me through.Update 10/14:After speaking with practically every manager at Green, they made sure to get the mistakes fixed. Springfield Collision also did an amazing job with making my car look new again as well! After a lot of hard work and tough talks, their team was a very professional and diligent team, ensuring they had stood behind their word.While this situation was less than ideal, their team did a great job of making me feel like I’m getting the most out of my new car, I absolutely love it but the scenario surrounding it were a series of unfortunate events. Ultimately happy with the car I bought and the courtesy of the dealerships crew in hearing my concerns. They stood behind their word, and for that I am thankful. I know many lessons were learned all around!

I really dont know what the purpose of buying the extended warranty is if nothing is covered, i understand things like brakes,oil, tire, and maybe even belts all are things you the driver are suppose to take care of, this is the second time i have wasted gas driving there to see about getting something looked at and then they hit me with a $100 diagnostic charge which is news to me. Do not recommend getting service here better off going to a different mechanic

Jeremy from the finance department lied to me by omission of information about the service contract and how it works. I am extremely upset. I live in a different area and he told me I could use the oil changes included in the service contract at another dealership when I point blank asked him if I could do so. He did not disclose that the oil changes aren’t officially in the contract so when I went to the other dealership they had no idea what I was talking about and said maintenance was not included in the service contract. When I followed up with Green they said “oh yeah you pay for it at the dealership and then send us the receipts and then we send you a check to reimburse you for it.” That is ridiculous and I wouldn’t have gotten the contract if I had known that, I’m a very busy person, I don’t want to have to send the receipts and I don’t want reimbursed after having to pay for the maintenance myself. And I’m not driving 90 minutes to their dealership every time I need an oil change or tire rotation. I called to cancel the contract after finding this out. Then it turns out it takes 180 days to get the money refunded back to my loan account, and it doesn’t reduce the monthly payments. I am extremely ticked off, I have been in sales for 15 years and I am an ethical person who would never NOT disclose pertinent info when a customer point blank asks a question up front, just to make a sale. I know he makes commission off of me for that purchase, so I know he was in it for himself. He lied to me by omission of information, and I will never recommend anyone go to Green Hyundai. If you do go, make sure you don’t talk to Jeremy. I regret making the purchase there but there’s nothing I can do about it now.Jered was very helpful in making sure I got the color of the vehicle I wanted. Thanks Jered, I wish I could say the experience was great. But other than Jered doing the hard work of getting the color I wanted, it was not pleasant.

I started having a shimmy and got ahold of Brittany. She got me in right away. The problem was a bad belt in one of the tires. They normally have that tire in stock, but had to order it. Tire was in the next day, car was fixed as promised & washed & vacuumed when I picked it up! She kept me up to date through the whole process and I even had her cell number in case I thought of any questions and could get ahold of her! Thanks Brittany!!!!

After a terrible experience at Green Mazda, I went to see Jamie at Green Hyundai to look at the Tucson. He was extremely patient with me and made sure I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car right then and there. After talking to Jamie more about what I was looking for in a car and he suggested the Kona as he thought it would fit me more. I came back a few days later to test drive a 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL plus and I loved the car the second I started driving it. They gave me the trade in price I wanted for my Fiat and a great price on the Kona. I high recommend Green Hyundai, especially working with Jamie. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Bought a Nissan Altima 2014, and I trusted them thinking theyre big companies and reviews were great, but turns out I was mistaken. The car had several recalls which they were supposed to take care before selling and they never did. Ensured me while selling we wanted to build a good relationship with our customer while selling, but if you cannot take responsibility of mistakes that you have made then no way you can build good relationship with anyone. The car had several issues and when I told them they refused to help me out. The reason they didnt wanted to help out is because it has been already 4month, but if you havent taken care of the recalls you supposed to take care then definitely the car wasnt ready to sell. It was a shame !

I love dealing with these people! Great service every time. Was only here for an oil change, they pulled my cabin filter and let me know it was absolutely disgusting. The shuttle service refused us a ride without carseats for our twins, which they should I’m not upset about that. The lady at the front desk offered us her own carseats so we could go home, although we decided to wait for our car that was a very kind offer. They washed my car and even vacuumed the carpet as well as adding paper floor mat protectors as i had requested. Just all around Great people I tell ya!!

I am extremely unhappy about my service time to fix my vehicle. I called December 11th to have an appointment for my check engine light to be checked on Tuesday, December 15th. I dropped my car off the night before (Monday night) so it would be there first thing in the morning. I was messaged by a guy named Justin and didnt hear anything about my car until 1pm. At this point, I received a phone call from a guy named Jordan. He told me it was a sensor and he would call back with an estimate. It was now 3:30pm with no call and I messaged Justin, the original person who sent the text to my phone, with no response and I finally called the dealership around 4pm to find out it would cost me $360ish with tax. They said my car would be done early on Wednesday, December 16th. That morning I got a call saying it wasnt the sensor and now its the cam and other things so with tax it will cost me over $1,900!!!!!!!! This was INCLUDING the parts and labor that was completed the day before. I work for Memorial Medical Center and I am on call with the hospital and so I told them I would NOT be able to get the work done without a loaner since I NEED to be at the hospital. They gave me a loaner, ordered the part and told me my car would be completed by that Friday or at the latest, Saturday. I heard NOTHING about my vehicle until I CALLED at 1pm on Saturday. Jordan said he had been messaging me and he obviously hadnt been or I wouldnt have called??? He then informed me that my car would not be ready until Monday, December 21st late in the afternoon or the very latest by noon on Tuesday, the 22nd. I didnt receive a call from them until after noon on that Tuesday and was FINALLY able to come get my car. I am VERY upset that I had to pay for parts and labor that wasnt the root cause of my check engine light, Im very upset there was NO COMMUNICATION, and I am very upset that it took 8 days for my vehicle to be fixed. I would have been willing to possibly trade in my vehicle for a new one but with the way I was treated and the lack of communication, I decided it would be best for me to just pay the nearly $2,000 and get the hell out of there. I will NOT be buying a car here anytime soon. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of.

This time it was Brittany and I couldnt be happier. My questions were answered professionally and I felt that I received genuine and honest answers. I never liked to judge or criticize but I do not like that they make me waste my time either. This place is good, all the staff is very friendly, courteous and respectful. But a very important point for me is punctuality, time, price and quality. This place has an excellent quality and does things well, I am satisfied with the work but not with the price, not WITH the time. This is the third time I go to this place to DO service TO MY car. I always arrived at 7 or 8 am (by appointment or without appointment) so I could leave quickly and be able to fulfill my activities. but the opposite occurs. I always leave this place at 11 or 12. And the longer they make it, the higher the price to pay. it just does not seem fair to me the procedure to fulfill the desired work. I hope they can improve in that aspect.

I am a easy person to please. I hate complaining but you deserve to know my personal experience. I heard a lot of great things about Green Hyundai on the radio and decided to check it out. They gave me a great trade in rate and the sales staff was excellent. That is the positive side.There are requirements to keep your warranty valid and suggested things to get done. They push the suggested things as if they are required. The staff is pushy. I had issues with my windshield wiper fluid not working. The fluid levels were full but the motor is not working right. I told the gentleman about it. He said they would take care of it. They did nothing about it. With the hype I wanted to be a lifelong customer but due to the way things have been handled I will not go back or reccomend Green Hyundai to anyone. I gave them a chance to make things right and they did not.

I bought a 2011 truck from them for 23k I drove it 10k mile started having engine issues no oil pressure. i took it to their shop where iwas to told to use heavier oil. I took it to 2 other shops and both said engine was no good needed replaced i notified Green service of it and was told until it blows nothing they can do. now 13k miles later it has blown and green said its nothing they can fix has to go through warranty so they towed truck to Jacksonville where it presently set denied warranty using every excuse to deny it. mainly fot not changing plugs at 95k and air filter at 90k as far as oil changes they were all done the first one at 83k i did my self which they say voided warranty as well. so to sum it up I put 10k on truck was told engine was no good they would not fix it i drove it 13k miles more dealing with oil issues that they was aware of and now it gave out stuck in Jacksonville they wont tow it back to Springfield and said its a paper weight unless i pay for new engine. I am a small business owner that relies on the truck for work who reach roughly 1k people a month . I have all documents to support this nonsense and will be posting them on my site. Also i will have documents showing it was not serviced when they sold it to me. Car buyers beware the green for life warranty is a joke. 23000..00 dollars later i found out its about the cars not the people.

Nice friendly business. The service department is through in its inspections and will let you know if anything else needs attention. They have a nice waiting area to sit which includes a free drink and snack section. Only 4 out of 5 stars because I felt some of the staff were to busy trying to get you to trade your car in for a newer model while your car was being serviced. Over all a great Hyundai dealership.

Service advisor name Brittany is horrible! She was a snobby arrogant person! We waited almost a month for a motor to be replaced and they called for us to come get it, found out it still wasn’t fixed. And I spoke up and said this is not cool we drove an hour to come get it and get 20 mins away and the car is acting up. She was like if you have an issue I don’t know what to tell you. And since your boyfriend quit and moved to a different job I won’t help that much. I refuse for her help and I wish I never got a car from them because of how arrogant and stuck up she was! She doesn’t deserve a job if she treats everyone like that!!
