I was shopping for something sporty for my wife and decided on an Infiniti Q60. I shopped online quite a bit and hadnt quite found the perfect car. Id previously looked at a Q60 and test drove with Hayden. That card had sold, but Hayden and his team continued to hunt for the right car for me. Eventually, they found one that was perfect. Black on Black 2017 Q60 3.0t in like-new condition. This car is awesome. Hayden let me know that they found it so that I could have access to the car before it was available to others. We put down a deposit to hold the car and then worked out the details. Everybody on the team at Infiniti of Springfield was very helpful and nice. Had a fine experience buying the car (although it took forever (4hrs total). They sold me a car with a bad/failing battery and rather than just replacing it they just gave me the run-around. They also (a month later) have not gotten my title back and had terrible communication (not calling back when they said they would).
Our sales associate, Victor, was great. I had contacted 6 different dealers and he was the first to get back to me. He was the only one to get me what I asked for when discussing the car which was the actual ordering packages for the car. They were also the ones to get me the best price. Other dealers when asked to match their price said I could not get the car for what I bought it for from Springfield. Even after the sale was complete he helped me out. I will definitely go back for my next Infinity.
Excellent customer service. Sat down with me and really listened to what my wants and needs were with a vehicle. Ended up with a fully loaded Nissan Pathfinder that had been traded in. I couldnt be happier. I love the smooth ride and the 3rd seat or additional storage room. They helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit myself and my family. We found a used vehicle on their lot via car gurus. The vehicle was priced below market value at a fair price. I spoke with Jeremy Zaruba on the phone who gave me more details and personally took additional video of the car for me to see over my phone. We arrived and determined the dealerships description of the vehicle was spot on (no surprises.) The paperwork process, although mundane as usual at any dealership, was friendly and none of the employees were pushy in any manner. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Springfield to any family / friends / strangers.

I had spoke with Hayden several times while trying to make a decision to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived he was absolutely great, Super friendly, and very accommodating! After having the vehicle for about a month, we still had not received several additional paperwork, regarding our certification on the vehicle for it to be certified. We also had a discrepancy on being charged the registration/title fee twice. I’m still working on them to get me refunded for that. I do absolutely love the infinity QX60 that we bought.

I was concerned when my Infiniti just wasn’t running quite right. I was concerned about finding a knowledgeable facility due to all the closed businesses. I called Infiniti of Springfield and was able to speak to the Service manager, Nick. He was professional and patient as I tried to describe the sounds my car was making.When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Larry, who was very tentative while still respecting the distancing recommendations. As my car was disinfected I was informed that Frank would be looking at my car. I was very concerned about what I was going to hear when he had made his assessment.Thank goodness it was nothing major. Mr. Frank explained the necessary repairs to me and told me about routine maintenance services I needed to have in the near future. He said to call if I had anymore questions. Then my car was disinfected once again.I am so thankful for people like these, who care about the customers and treat them like family.

I have to say that working with Infiniti of Springfield was the best dealership experience Ive ever had. I actually came from a distance of 250 miles away to see a 2009 Lexus GS350 they had. Id contacted them in advance and they made preparations for my visit. Upon arrival I found the car in immaculate condition and ready for my inspection. I ended up happily leaving with the car. Everyone up and down the process went beyond expectations, especially my salesman, David Rapelje, who was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. Id gladly work with him again. Its never been so easy and stress-free buying a car for me. Id not only gladly drive the 250 miles to do business with them again but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend that anyone else do the same. For the first-class treatment and service Its worth it!

Total failure of the service department.My car was making some bad noises from the engine. Took car into dealer they told me that the serpentine belt needs replacing, even though they had changed less than a year prior.The belt was changed, however the car continued to make noise. After contacting the dealership several times they decided it need a new engine. This was determined in the parking lot, after tech checked the oil level while the engine was running.They then voided my warranty and quoted me a price of $16,000.00 for the engine change.I am currently at the dealership waiting for the service manager Nick to talk with me. I have been waiting for two and half hour.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A “CERTIFIED” USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE!Who “Certified” these vehicles is a “Mystery.”The only thing that is that is totally clear, is that the service & sales departments are “Certified” crooks and con men writing their paychecks.
Their service department (Paul and JJ) have great attitudes, although everyone is pleasant. Their parts department is limited but their service and loaner program always has a thoughtful and personal touch. I have confidence that my JX 35 is in good hands.
Beware!!!! staff and, salesmen are not honest when purchasing a car. I bought a 2018 certified Q50, it was supposed to have a 167 point inspection. I am not sure who was doing the inspection but to tell a customer it was a 1 owner then I found out it was a rental car, also I was told that the car listed for $47, 000. come to find out it listed for $42,000. Fred Williams III needs to be more knowledgeable on the inside operation of the car. I had a tire issue and took it for repair and it had already been plugged previous and the tire is not repairable. I called and spoke to Jerry White and he offered me a great deal (lol) on replacing it for $260.00, when anyone can go purchase one for $207.00. Obviously my car missed a couple inspection points. So needless to say before buying from this dealership take the care elsewhere and have an independent inspection done.

If I could give a negative stars, I would. That’s how upset I am with this dealership.First off, it’s a very small dealership. Which you think would be great. Nice small town feel, friendly people... no! The laziest staff (at least service dept) I’ve ever seen.I’m from Scottsdale, Arizona and that’s where I purchased my car. Moving across the states I have a new home dealership (Springfield) and it has been the worse service I’ve ever received in a dealership before.I purchase a service package from Infiniti when I got my car because some of the tune up can reach upwards of $800. And I was told that with the purchase of this package it will take car of that. So I went for my routine check up every 5,000. And I knew from buying the car that at 15,000 is should have a rather large service being done. Nope. They just rotated my tires said my fluids looked great.But what really pissed me off is I asked about the 15,000 miles service that I was told was covered by my service plan and they said no by if I wanted to I could pay $650 for it....K. Not happening. So he offered to call Scottsdale and figure out what was going on.Haven’t heard a work from him. And I super pissed. Not only at this dealership for not getting back to me. But if t is true then I’m even more upset with Scottsdale for lying to me. But I’m going to call my advisor myself and figure it out.Next issue, every time you get your car maintenance done it’s a nice complementary service to have your car wash. This man tried telling me it was going to be an additional 3 HOURSSSSSSSSS to get my car was. There was one other lady that was getting her tired rotated in the service dept and not one person on the show room floor buying a car. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHERE YOU FIGURED 3 HOURS!?!?If you were washing cars from the lot, a customers vehicle should take priority and go to the front of the line. There was no reason for that time descrepancy. The lady getting her tired rotated said she has been waiting for 4 hours!!!!!!!!! I am just in awe. I am usually a very reasonable person. I understand that people get busy and I need to wait my turn. But there was NO ONE THERE! I check the service bay and no cars were being worked on besides our two cars. Makes zero sense. (That’s where the lazy comes in)Ok ok. Last rant. Remember I mentioned he said my fluids were fine?!? 2 days later my coolant lights comes on 😂 I mean it doesn’t get any lazier than that. You tell me levels are great and nothing needed assistance and my coolant was almost out?!?Come on.This is so not acceptable. We are buying luxury vehicles and should get treated accordingly. Even if it wasn’t luxury, this service was absolutely terrible.I’d literally drive a distance just not to buy a car from this dearlership when I get my next Infiniti. We are loyal to the brand and this ruined it for me.Rant done.
I went to lease QX 80, but they came up with 7% APR (formfactor) to a excellent credit score above 800.Underestimating customers finance knowledge. This is more than Lexus LX 570 payment. I took lexus now.

Infiniti Owners Beware! My QX80 15,000 mile service message popped up 2 weeks ago so I called and scheduled an appt for service. I checked the Infiniti service manual for the details of the service and noticed it was nothing major (oil change, tire rotate, cabin air filter). Had a friend drive up my car to drop it off and pick it up that afternoon as I live in NW Arkansas. When he picked up the car they handed him a bill for over $700 for the service! $700!! Not once was I called to approve this beforehand or given a quote by anybody at the dealership. I immediately called them back and asked for an explanation. I was told this is the DEALERSHIPS recommended maintenance and they did see where the miscommunication MAY have occurred. After 4 days of me following up they did offer a $200 discount off the $700 invoice for the lack of communication. Isn’t this an Infiniti dealership? Why not follow the Infiniti service manual? Why would you do any of this at 15,000 miles? Align all 4 tires, brake fluid exchange, throttle body service, fuel injector cleaner, and full emission service? I called my local Nissan dealer and they charge $179 for the Armada’s 15,000 mile service (it’s the exact same vehicle). I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night treating customers this way. I own an Infiniti and expect to pay more for service. This isn’t about the money. This is about a dealership taking advantage of the trust I placed in them. Lesson learned. Infiniti owners beware. And Please, please please don’t let them sell you their totally unnecessary 15,000 mile service. The service advisor informed me that they have customers pay for this service all the time. That’s scary. It is possible to have a luxury vehicle and pay a fair price for a great service experience, it’s just not possible at Infiniti of Springfield.

I bought my car in August of 2016 the purchase is the only thing that went well. When I purchased the car Brian told me I would get my first 4 oil changes for free. Keep in mind I live in Northwest Arkansas. My daughters did live there so that gave me another reason to go and take advantage of my free oil changes. In March I had my 2nd one and they gave me grief because they had no information of even giving me any free oil changes. They spoke to Brian and he confirmed it. They also told me in March that I would not have to go through that misunderstanding again when I came back for my 3rd oil change. Went back up there this past Friday, August 4th and yet again they knew nothing about me getting 4 free oil changes. This time when they contacted Brian he said he had no recollection of giving me 4 free oil changes and said that with a certified car (dealership loaner car) that I bought you only get two. My girls no longer live there so I did drive up there for the free oil change and to take my sister to Lamberts. I didnt make this up. And if two was all I was suppose to get why did they tell me back in March when I came in for my next one that I wouldnt have this issue. Brian made it sound like he was doing me a favor because they were going to go ahead and give me one more for free. I received a phone call at 2:59PM that my car was ready. When we came back to the dealership and walked out to my car to leave at 2:25PM my car was left running in the parking lot. I went back in and told the guy in the shop that greats everyone that comes in to service. His response was Well its only been out there 15-20 minutes. Really?? THEN....we are sitting in my car putting a address into the navigation system when I looked up at the oil change sticker and noticed they did not put a new one on. I again go in get Brian and he says he will go get me one. He did alright but he wrote it for 3000 miles instead of 5000. My car will not go back!!8-10-18 - Heard a pop when I would do a turn. Took it in to local Nissan dearlership that told me I needed a new tie rod. Stupid me I thought I would give Springfield a 2nd chance. Called on 8-10-18 and spoke to JJ in service. He said after he got everyone checked in for the morning he would see when he could get the part and call me back to schedule a time. I went ahead and called Jackie Cooper in Tulsa too because this is a major thing that needed to be fixed. Terry said he would check to see when he could get me the part and call me back to reschedule. Terry and I spoke an hour later, made appt for 8-13 and I received excellent customer service. Today is 8-14-18 and I have NEVER received a call back from Springfield Infinti. No more chances for Springfield.I leased my new Q60 from Everett in Benton, AR. Amazing customer service but too far to drive when I need service.
I spoke to Benji over the phone before making a 3 hour drive to this establishment. I was insured that I would be taking care of and if im not happy Ill receive gas money for my time. Well didnt get the gas money needless to say. My sales representative Jeffery was Amazing! However, while negotiating the pricing and intrest. I informed Benji (Manager) mind you hes not the finance manager that I wanted to go with the bank that previously approved me at a 3.85% intrest rate. Benji came back with a 9.99% I declined then 7.99% I declined again then 6.65%. I explained to him Im not going for it I was never prompted to the finance manager. I was asked to sign that I agree to all pricing in order to do so. I refused to sign anything until I was satisfied. Its amazing how far one will go to sell you a vehicle without utilizing the proper measures. With me declining and not signing anything Benji demeanor changed ironically. I was verbally insulted from the manager Really. Benji stated I should just buy a impala...Excuse me now Im livid! There was no more talk on purchasing a vehicle. I drove three hours to an infiniti dealership why would I purchase an Chevy. Not to mention I specifically informed Benji that I didnt want to apply with multiple banks. I specified one bank and if it didnt go through Im not getting the vehicle. Well per my alerts with Capital One 40 min after leaving this dealer. Benji ran my credit with 8 banks. I didnt authorize that manager to do that. Worst experience ever!
