I ordered the Cheesecake Assortment and the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter. This was then delivered to me and the driver was very nice. Presentation great, good sturdy hard plastic platter, and the milk chocolate is delicious. Other than that why did I spend $90? The cheesecakes are are tiny at 2 each and taste cheap. Like the slices you get at Jack-In-The-Box. If your currently in a town without good cheesecake options then splurge for a $7 slice at a nice restaurant. As shown on their website, not even all the fruit is chocolate dipped. This platter is about 12 and doesnt come with much at all; 8 dipped apple slices, 6 dipped tiny pineapples, 6 dipped strawberries, 3/4 cup of red grapes, 6 pineapples, and 6 strawberries. Not a platter size at all. There were 9 of us here for my Bday and gone within a snap with the littles craving more. Go buy a fruit platter at a grocery store if you dont want to cut fruit yourself. If your town has a fruiteria shop go spend $6 on a 32 oz cup or plate of expensive mixed fruit. You can dip yourself as not hard. Currently in my town strawberries are .99 pack, grapes .79 a lb, 5lb of apples $3, and 1.39 for pineapples. Honestly, this saddened me and made me feel foolish for paying these prices.

I think her name was Kim. She was dusting and came outside to shake what she had been using. I had walked from a bus stop and it was very hot. I needed to rest before catching up with my dad. There happens to be a bench outside in front of the store. The lady got me a free bottle of water. I am very grateful for her kindness.

Very disappointed! I wanted to give my wife a special surprise and in the end had to cancel the order unless I pay a ridiculous $5 fee to reschedule delivery because they messed up the delivery in the first place. This was on top of ordering from the website and being called the day of to say that they didnt have that arrangement and had to change to a different arrangement. I was fine with that...then being told that they were very busy and could not guarantee delivery before 5pm. Also, fine with that except that their delivery driver calls and tells me that he made a mistake regarding it being Residential vs a business and didnt deliver it. This was on Thursday and the business is not open on Friday. So, called to fix the problem and move it to deliver on Monday when the business was open. No problem...got a call back 10 minutes later saying I had to pay a $5 fee to move it to Monday. Makes no sense...not the way you should run your business.

My husband had this delivered as an early Valentines Day. We received the wrong order and had a balloon attached that said Happy Anniversary, which it isnt ours. Also some of our chocolate covered strawberries were moldy. I am pregnant so now we cant even enjoy them. Sad this happened as I always saw such good reviews in the past.

Not worth it at all. For the price you can got get you a whole bag of Belgian chocolate and strawberries and do it yourself way more meaningful and better quality

Ive tried to visit 3 times in the last 3 days, each time more than an hour before their posted closing times and while the door is unlocked and everyone has been pleasant they are closing early today every day.Not going to even try again.

They delivered my fiance dead roses, but after calling an getting sent to about 9 different people they replaced the roses with chocolate covered strawberries or I could have got my money back.

Incredible staff and great items! They have super great customer service, I had ordered a box for my wife on our anniversary and totally forgot she was getting off work early I called and they called the driver and worked it out so she would get it before she left work. I understand that may not always be possible but it totally saved me in this instance. I can assure you that I will be using them again and again.

Earlier this year I was excited to start sending these edible bouquets out to people for various reasons. I purchased several and when I realized I wanted to keep doing this, I then set up a rewards account. I was about to send out 3 more and received a message that I was eligible for a free box of edible fruit. I thought I want to send a bouquet to my neighbor that Watered my garden while I was out of town and they could conveniently bring both at the same time! When I started thinking surely they can add my receipts to the rewards account from before I set up my account and then I can decide what to get with it. Let me add that not all of my purchases were perfectly sent the way they said they would and I didnt complain...the first one added chocolate which luckily was ok. i wanted some to be chocolate but since theyre already pricey and I didnt know if the receiver could have chocolate I did not order chocolate. luckily no one disliked or was allergic to chocolate. another one spelled something wrong on the notecard. another person wasnt %100 sure that it came from me. Im guessing they didnt get the notecard with it. I called the store and the worker didnt know if I can add my receipts together. I finally got a callback from a manager and they said no or they didnt know so I called corporate. Meanwhile I am anxious to get these gifts out because theyre already a little late. Surprisingly corporate refused to add my receipts and I get notification that my points have been redeemed and on more than one occasion. I never redeemed them. Did they expire? Oh well. Needless to say Im not spending another penny with them after spending hundreds of dollars and planned to spend more. luckily I found something else to give my mom and neighbor and my husband. I was so disappointed I was so excited to send those. Ive never even seen one of these arrangements in person. Thanks a lot greedy people. 😞

After her surgery, she ended up back in the hospital and was fighting like the soldier she is and these wonderful people postponed the order a week on the day it was to be delivered after I got the news. I am extremely grateful and she loved it. I look forward to ordering more.

Would be a 5 star, but their pricing is odd. 3 dollars for a single fruit piece, 19 for 6 pieces and 29 for 12 pieces. Good incentive to buy 12, but if you dont want that much chocolate dipped fruit the 6 piece is a higher price than buying 6 individual pieces. You can also get smoothies at this location, in addition to the fruit they are known for.

Product was good but customer service was bad. The staff, Melanie, was cold and rude. Her attitude was awful. Ive shopped there several times for years and this was my first negative interaction with staff. Everything about this place is good except for Melanie. She has a terrible negative attitude and doesnt know how to treat paying customers.
