They really nice and helpful. Understanding about my needs if needing eyeglasses asap for my work.

If I could give a 0 rating I would... My service began with a rude receptionist who ignored my entire existence when I came in for an appointment to purchase a pair of glasses. I was left with a sour attitude but still wanted to give the salesman a chance, whom at first was a very nice individual. After finding a pair of glasses and sitting down talking prices I agreed to purchase two pairs. I soon was left very disappointed after he did not call back to confirm the order of my glasses, and tried calling back. I was left with a bad experience, it has been several weeks and I still am left with no word, no call and no information on my glasses. I would never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy.

I have gone to this place for my last two check ups. I am a Difficult case would my eyes due to having a lazy eye. The people here take time to make sure that they get the right prescriptions and help you understand as well. I for my 1st visit when and and got a pair and we found that the Prescriptions were slightly incorrect. When I went to find out if they could help me with then 30 days, They took the time not only to re examine me and the glasses, they also gave me eye drops to help with my eyes that had been stressed and replaced my lenses free of charge with telling me to come back in with then the next 30 days if I was still having issues. They also made sure to check up on me and speed the prescription back as fast as they could. The doctored this time took even more time to look into what my eyesight was and,.... I have never had an eye doctor take the time to try and re adjust the machine to better fit my eye in order to find out what my prescription was... But this doctor did and then he told me that it is difficult to get an exact match for my prescription for my diagnosis. He took the time to dry make sure that he knew as much as he could and then they took the time to mark the lenses themselves on my glasses they are chose so that they know that the prescriptions are going to do the best for my eyes. These people care. They take their time to do it right. They except their mistakes. And they fix their mistakes. And then they turn around and still try to do better. This place I will return to every time that I can for my pair of glasses.

Very good experience here. As a self pay, I felt the prices were very reasonable with deals to be had. My glasses were spot on prescription wise.

I really enjoyed going here! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. A little expensive, but worth it to have a good eye doctor. I would definitely recommend going here!

My daughters glasses were broken and we were told by a guy on the phone that there wasnt much that could be done about it. When we took my son in to pick up his glasses, the lady that was working asked if she could have a look at the glasses and she managed to fix them! I do wish the guy that we talked to had been a little friendlier, but Amys gentle manner really helped to calm me down and make me a believer that there are still good people left in the world. Thanks to her, we will definitely be returning to the vision clinic downtown for our glasses and other stuff!

We called because my four-year-old was blinking a little weird and said her eyes were hurting. I called for an appointment and we got in the very next day. The staff was nice and helpful and the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining, he was kid friendly. I will be back!

This group of very nice people really care about you. You can feel it from the moment that you enter the office. You are greeted cheerfully and the wait time is minimal. The Doctor speaks very clearly, knowledgeably and is willing to take the time to see that your needs are met.

Enjoyed my visit this morning! The staff was courteous and kind and the Doctor was professional and prompt. Turns out after 48 years I need my first pair of glasses, glad I went to these folks to find out.

The staff and doctors at Vision Clinic Downtown are fantastic! Even though it is really hard to fit my eyes for contacts because of my astigmatisms, they continued to work with me until I was happy. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, too! I will always go back to the Vidion Clinic Downtown for all of my vision needs!

Great communication and professionalism with some fun! Great selection of frames and I work downtown so getting there was an easy walk on a beautiful fall day. Im glad Dr. Scullawl didnt make me take all my clothes off like Dr Rice did at the South National location (just kidding).

All stuff was friendly best eye Dr. Ive ever been to and Ive been going to eye Dr for about 51 yrs and I will continue to come to the vision clinic downtown for my eye exams they dont have a big choice in eye glasses but that dont bother me Id drather have a good eye Dr then a big choice in eye glasses...

Staff is super nice, very clean, and they have advanced testing equip. No more puff of air in the eye for me! Will return here and recommend them to family and friends.

Nice facility staff is nice enough. They dont have a huge selection of glasses. Depending on your budget that could be good or bad.

Awesome people to work with especially if a problem comes up as they dedicate themselves to making it right. Had a cracked lens on a new pair of glasses, Amy called the National store, I drove down there and it was fixed within 10 minutes.

Great Staff... Had a wonderful experience... will be returning again...
