Robert and Dr. Ma really take care of their patients. They take the time to understand your needs and then accomodate accordingly. If adjustments are needed, they work with you until a good fit is achieved. Thank you for the great service and care!

This place has gone downhill, badly. When we first moved here, we used them and were very satisfied. Post-pandemic, they are sloppy with appointment times (run dreadfully late) and horrible with their communication. The process to get my daughter fitted with contact lenses took OVER A MONTH and required multiple hours and multiple appointments. The 30-60 minute contact lenses class took over 90 minutes, the majority of which was my daughter sitting around watching the staff busily help other people. They refuse to release her prescription until we jumped through all of their useless surprise hoops. Theres a new hoop to jump through at every appointment. The manager was smarmy and condescending when I expressed my concerns about the opaque process. We still dont have her prescription and while I would love to say to heck with them and go elsewhere, we would then have to completely reinvent the wheel with a new provider due to their holding my daughters prescription hostage.Just go elsewhere. This place is garbage.

I have seen Dr Ma for several years. She always gives exceptional service and her team has always given plenty of assistance with finding and purchasing glasses or contacts. I always come back here even though I’m closer to another Visionworks because of the people and experience I’ve had.

Amazing experience with patient employees. I really appreciated the breakdown of how my insurance plan applied to their services. I also like the available options.

I recently purchased my glasses at this location. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They also have a great exchange policy. At first they had to remake my glasses due to a prescription mistake made by my previous doctor. I also wasn’t 100% happy with the frame I selected and they exchanged it with no issues. I Highly recommend them!

When I walked in for my appointment, I thought that this location had everything in order- the paperwork, checked out my insurance. etc. Turns out that they did not and even back-pedaled, claiming to have called my old number to confirm my insurance even though I put my new number down at both the location and on an application through the site beforehand. One nice woman told me that I can sit down and wait while this one rude, Indian lady with really long hair told me that I had to call my insurance to arrange an appointment through them because I couldnt do it there at that location. Out of everyone there, this particular rude person didnt seem to want me there and was extremely impolite and unwelcoming. It was good to see that 1) this location checked out everything beforehand, and even tried to blame me for not doing their homework before my arrival, 2) seeing massive confusion and lack of organization, and 3) rude, unwelcoming airs from that one Indian lady who I did not get the name of. She went above and beyond to tell me that my insurance wasnt accepted there and that I should call them to get an appointment through them. This is quite possibly the most rudest Visionworks location that Ive been to and I dont believe that I will be coming back. There is far better customer service overseas and not in the U.S., unfortunately. I had my eyes exam in late August but still didnt get my glasses. Its the 3rd week of October now. Bad customer service and unethical company.

The Dr was amazing and very thorough with the exam. Will deff be back!!!! The ladies in the lobby were extremely helpful and even helped me pick out my glasses after I was stuck on which ones to get. Ps.... they have wonderful glasses to pick from.

Dr. Ma is thorough and kind. Ive been going to her for years. When it is time to buy glasses, get two price quotes...one with your vision insurance and one without. The past two years, it has been less expensive for me to get my glasses without going through my insurance!

My 5 year old sat her her 3 week old glasses and bent the arm. They were super busy but after waiting just a few minutes, Rob fixed them in 2 minutes and saved me from having to buy a new pair! Thanks a million to Rob!

This place is amazing! The staff are so helpful and carful about your safety due to the pandemic. They ensure that anyone (regardless of age) are scanned via temporal thermometer and hand sanitizer at the entrance. When you try on eye glass frames, and decide that you don’t want it, they won’t put it back on the rack! They have a tray for you to put the frames in and they sanitize it before placing it back on the racks for another customer! I love this place! I live in Maryland, but I drive here for my eye care service! AWESOME SERVICE😎

I can see. Great doctors, staff and service. Everything was explained to me in easy to understand details. And, they were following CDC Covid-19 safety precautions. I felt safe there.

They fit me in immediately and were very polite and professional. I appreciate that they wiped down all surfaces in front of me, which gave me a little extra assurance that they are taking care with the Covid issue. I was given a tray for any glasses I wanted to try on so that they could wipe them down before replacing them on the wall. I also love that while they were quick and helpful with all of my questions, they didnt hover as I was looking through their selections. I hate a pushy sales pitch, and instead they let me look and offered opinions *when I asked.* I will be using them for any of my eye care or to purchase glasses in the future.

I was visiting Va after moving two years ago. Dr Ma was professional and informative. No pressure to buy glasses or extra services. I got an exam and opted to get eye photo. I appreciate the great service from everyone including Yared and Samra. I visit regularly and Visionworks is now my go to place..

Staff was curtious and polite but the Dr. was seem to be in hurry, how quickly she was changing the lenses, not giving time to patient to decide. Overall the she was a nice lady.

First eye exam ever, they were very professional and had me in and out relatively quick. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to this process or looking for a good selection of frames.

Had a great experience here. I went to pick up my new glasses and discovered that there were several pairs of frames that had not been in the store when I had been making my selection a couple of weeks prior, and they were exactly the style I was looking for. I was bummed, but Susanna told me that I could exchange the glasses that had been made for a new pair. I never imagined that they would do something like that - I just figured Id have to live with my mistake. Susanna was super helpful and patient. She was actually helping another woman in the store who didnt like her finished glasses and was selecting new ones. Picking out glasses is hard. You never really know how they will look until they are finished and you see yourself in them - the problem being that you cant really see yourself when you are trying on the frames. Having a do-over is a wonderful thing. I will definitely return when I need glasses again.

I was impressed by how careful and thorough they were in regards to the spreading of Covid-19. The staff and doctor were efficient and knowledgeable (like they should be) and made the entire process quick and enjoyable.

Rosanna was awesome! Having worn glasses since childhood, I’m a bit picky with this process. Rosanna was extremely knowledgeable, and her patience and customer service skills — exemplary! (The quick wit and sense of humor didn’t hurt either.) I dealt with the store manager, Heran, in the past, and she too was outstanding. Dr. Ma was great too.Two thumbs up for this top-notch team!

From first walking into Vision Works, Rosanna and Heran we’re super professional and a delight to deal with!!! The best Eyeglass shop I have ever been too!! Not impressed with the staff, it must be very difficult to verify coverage when using insurance. Other store locations seem to be able to accomplish this easier. Check other locations first if you dont want to waste your time.

I was able to get a same day appointment and was quickly seen by the doctor. She was quick and effective. She noticed a mistake from another eye doctor in my prescription which explained why it was so hard for me to drive at night.When it was time to decide on glasses and contacts, I felt no pressure to buy. I explained that I needed to comparison shop and she made sure I had the information I needed. As it turns out, their price is cheaper!

Dr. is fantastic. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They didnt leave me sitting and waiting nearly at all. If they did it was all of 2 or 3 minutes tops. Best part is their prices and special offers make everything affordable.

Horrible service. Appt @ 4:20 pm nobody didn’t dare asking me for my appointment in front of the store as there was a guideline written : “ if u have an appointment, wait in your car...bla bla bla” not “ feel free to enter inside of store”as you guys said . No apologies from the store at all after calling them, instead they argued me why i did not enter the store, they forgot CoViD 19 wasn’t yet done and it’s for there safety if i did not enter inside and i followed what said in front. So guys REMOVE THAT STUPID GUIDELINE in front of your door if you don’t care about CoViD 19.

I had a great experience at the West Springfield location. The staff and doctors were very good. They assisted me with the selection of new glasses and corrected a pair from another competitor. I would highly recommend going here.

Super friendly staff Ive been shopping at this location for 5+ years. Everyone is always helpful and give great recommendations.

Doctor I had was good but one of the front desk people was rude. She automatically assumed that I couldnt speak English, and when I would ask questions, she would not answer by switching the topic or just answered with as little words as possible. I had to ask a simple question 3 times before she finally rudely answered me. I also asked about a deal that they had, and she rudely told me that it wasnt a good deal and to instead, spend more money on a different deal.

Dr.Cam Ma and staff were wonderful. They provided friendly, professional and efficient service. Very pleased with my new glasses.

The doctor is good and very helpful but the staffs are terrible. They supposed to order contact lenses for my daughter. After a month they said they forgot. The insurance paid for the contact lenses but I also ordered and paid for the glasses. since the contact lenses have not arrived the glasses can not be made (They suggest keep the current glasses and replace it when the contact lenses arrived). I have had enough with them will find a better place next year

I broke my glasses and I was in a desperate need to have it replaced, so I went to their office and I was expecting it would take 2 weeks before I get my new glasses, but the wonderful staff and the optometrist literally had my glasses ready to go in a matter of 2-3 hours. Lousy service ! Came in looking for two pairs of glasses. No one else in the store except me, zero customers. The two clueless staff members behind the desk couldnt be bothered to help me in the least. They just set there chatting with each other instead of attempting to serve the customer and maybe sell something. Your lazy staff is about as worthless as I have ever experienced. Before the day is out this script will be filled just not by you. Your poorly managed personnel just cost you a sale of a couple of pairs of glasses. I will never try you again.

Great Doctors at this location that are always willing to answer all questions and take their time during your appointment. But as with just about all Optometry shops, their eyewear is pricey.
