Every business has been effected by Covid & working with less employees, but the work ethics of the installers go above & beyond. Quality, craftsmanship & professionalism are still an important part of this company and we would highly recommend them.

Middle of remodel problems with undermount sink caused issues (I ordered separate from CGT). Had to return defective sink and purchase replacement. CGT staff pulled counter and made adjustments for new sink. Much appreciated!

We came in on Dec. 30th in a bind because we needed some custom cut marble remnants in a hurry. The staff there bent over backwards to help us! They were so amazing.Also, they had BY FAR the largest selection of remnants in Springfield.

This team is terrible!!! As if showing up 3 hrs late isnt bad enough, the guy with neck tattoos, spent as much time learing at my wife as he did playing on his phone. These people are Russian or something of the sort. Time to go back home.

Our countertops look so great! All the folks at Custom Granite and Tile made our home building experience so great. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Spent three days calling asking for an estimate. Each time they told me they would send me an email with the estimate and never bothered to do so. I guess they have all the business they need. They sure wont be getting mine.In response to the owners response. It is true that I did not respond to any further attempt to contact me as I chose to go elsewhere after being treated so poorly. The excuse given That I provided them with the wrong email address It 100% fictitious and they are now attempting to save face by blaming me the potential customer for their short comings.Each time following my initial contact when I called custom granite the same gentleman answered the phone. Each time he asked me to confirm my email address including the spelling of my email address. It was only after I left a negative review (5 Days after first calling) that they finally sent me an email with the requested quote.Regardless of the reason for the break down in communication I may have been willing to give them a second try on future projects, but after reading this disparaging response to my honest review of my experience I will never do business with them.

TLDR: Use CGT and you’ll be extremely happy.We were doing a remodel and needed some sick countertops. Went to local and big box stores and saw countertops we liked. They unfortunately were way out of our price range, and we couldn’t view the entire slab, so we didn’t know what we were getting holistically.Then we go to CGT and were relieved. Dan counseled us about our price range and any particular slabs they had at a special rate. We got a truly gnarly slab of marble for 30-40% less than we could have gotten at many other businesses. The install went smooth and we’re enjoying our kitchen. We’ll use them the next time we do a project.

Just drove an hour and a half to check out what they had and very disappointed in the service. Beautiful showroom and looked to have a lot of options. We were greeted, but the woman behind the desk never once asked how she could help us, got up to assist us, or even tell us someone would be with us in a moment as we were looking around.

My husband and I cant say enough great things about Custom Granite and Tile in Springfield. Not from this area, we were nervous about finding a granite supplier and we went with the excellent reviews from here. AWESOME SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Dan found a way to work us in to their schedule and he was great to work with. We are house flippers and well be using this as our granite source for this area of the state from now on.

When I purchased a new stove it didn’t match up with the existing granite cutout. There were inch and a half square chunks that had been cut out of the front edge on both sides of the stove to accommodate the previous stove. I didn’t want to replace my granite so I immediately went to see George at Custom Granite and Tile because he had done such a great job originally installing my granite. ( I know where my seam is and I still can’t see it). George was able to insert small pieces of granite into the holes in the edge and make it almost impossible to tell that it had been repaired. Thank you George, you have an amazing talent!

We have used them twice. They are very helpful and can find what youre looking for. They are well worth going to they can get anything you want. Remember you will look at it everyday so you have to love it! Very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

We were extremely pleased with our finished granite and installation. From the start everything was handled in a professional manner. I ran into a few problems but all was resolved quickly. Radu said he would see to everything as quickly as possible and he did. Installers were young and we were concerned about their ability but our worries were unnecessary. They were knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. They were polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommend Custom Granite.

We built a custom home and they were by far my favorite subs. Always extremely helpful, pleasant and willing to do whatever made us happy. Were in love with our granite and would recommend them to anyone! First class customer service!!!
