My first visit to the Hurts on Republic road and Im sold on you guys already!!! I stopped for surprise donuts for my granddaughters who had never gotten the chance to try Hurts or before. They loved their cookie monster donuts! Adults as well, we love our Hurts too!

Great donut stop! They have a really fun variety of delicious donuts! Different prices depending on glazed, classic, or special. You can buy soda or coffee or bottles of water. There is a nice seating area available. Staff is polite and customer oriented. We will return!

If you want plain boring donuts this is NOT the place for you. The donuts were amazing - I got a dozen in order to try a variety and I dont think we found one we didnt love. I tried the brownie donuts and the Andies mint (which I was skeptical about) and oh my goodness it was delicious. The so is very nice and big. One side of the shop is where you pick it your donut creation and the other side is the tables. There is more going on than just takes but I got my donuts to go but I will be back.

Really nice employees, willing to give you recommendations. Most of the donuts were delicious, of course! The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the whole place was sticky (I mean, yeah, its a sugary donut place), and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Id still go back, though! Definitely go check out the giant Pac-Man game!

They have delicious donuts and their apple fritters are wonderful and soooooo big! I need one closer to home!

If you ask, they have gluten free donuts ready and they can decorate them in any of 10 different flavors!! I had no idea until I asked.

The donuts were fine, but the service was terrible. The store was so dark that it looked closed. We were the only people in the store and the clerk was very rude. She didnt greet us, smile, ask us what we would like, or say thank you. She packed my donuts while I filled my drink and when I got to the car, she left out a donut. I went back in to get it and she didnt didnt know what I was talking about and I didnt print my receipt. I even tipped her 20% halfway through the visit. Live and learn

Simply amazing donuts! The apple fritter fed myself and my partner for 4 separate meals. They have unique choices that are all handmade. Their Bavarian cream is probably the best I have ever had.

We absolutely loved Hurts Donuts! Their apple fritters are the size of a small head! Their prices are higher than some donut places, but they make super fancy donuts with lots of character! We will definitely be visiting again when we return to Springfield! The cherry topped donut I ate was so soft, it melted in my mouth! ❤ Seriously, so good!

Went in and being my first time, asked for a Hurts Dozen. Person behind the counter asked before each donut if I wanted it. Brought them home and they look amazing and taste great!

I like Hurts. Their staff is always nice, and their donuts are fine. All their donuts are sickly sweet though. But they are the only place that has soy-free donuts which is great.

Unique and grand assortment of delicious donuts. Kind and patient staff. The decor is retro and cool but a bit loud for a donut (early morning) stop. The coffee could have been better for a breakfast spot.

I CANT BELEIVE THE EMPLOYEES ON THEIR FOOD TRUCK DO NOT WEAR MASKS OR GLOVES.I ordered some donuts to pick up from their food truck and the employees were not wearing masks or gloves. When I placed the order I was told this would be a safe, covid friendly, drive up, low touch purchase. When I got their it was just the opposite. The employees were not wearing masks, no attempt to social distance and they even needed to hold my phone to read the confirmation. I called the manager, Migeul, and he said the store employees needed to wear masks; really didnt care that I called. Such a disappointment.

Eat local!This is a spot in Springfield that is locally owned and operated. It has that wonderful Springfield atmosphere. Staff greeted us and were very attentive. There is a wide selection of specialty donuts you wont find anywhere else. This place has been on my list for years and I finally got to visit!

The name grabbed me as my brother used to ask me if I want a hurts donut when I was a kid. When I said whats that?, it was followed by a knuckle punch and hurts donut? Ha ha ha! The selection was amazing. I am the owner/pastry chef of a premium quality bakery just outside of Laramiie, WY and was very impressed. Of course they start with base flavors and add toppings, that is how you do it! But they have many base flavors,, including red velvet & have such creative and diverse toppings. I love apple & the server went back & quickly put one together for me since they were out of them. The donuts are rich, tender, moist and delicious. We ate them the day after we bought them and did not expect them to be so good a day old, they still seemed fresh. I plan to return every time I visit Springfield.

The day i went there, they were donating proceeds from the sales of specially made doughnuts to the scholarship fund called Hannahs Heros. Given to military kids and named after my (step) daughter Hannah. She passed away with undiagnosed and sudden onset diabetes while her dad was deployed. I was touched by their kindness. Oh and the donuts are beyond good. Outstanding!

3-stars because their donuts are indeed SO very, very good and it’s nice to have some specialty donuts every now and then.Not five stars because when we request delivery through an app and specifically state “due to allergies, please DO NOT include donuts topped/frosted with *name of allergen*” and it gets IGNORED, it just brings the mood down and people suffer. Because the donuts are friggin good. But dudes, seriously, READ THE CUSTOMER DELIVERY NOTES PLEASE! You could’ve killed someone by including an allergen that’s NOT common on most donuts. Know your toppings and please train your kid employees to KNOW your ingredients/toppings so as to avoid those allergen issues in the future.

Great small chain donut shop, we visit the Branson location more often than this one. The donuts are always consistent between locations, although the selection and availability varies. The staff are helpful and nice. Donuts might be a bit pricey to some, but I think theyre worth it.I recommend eating half a donut as a serving, these are sugar and carb loaded! Plus if youre sharing a dozen or half dozen with others, you can try more of the flavors that way.

I love their donuts I wish they would experiment with some gluten free flours and some stevia sweetened things. That way I could enjoy their donuts again. I bought a dozen for friends and didnt eat any of them.

We got an apple fritter which was tasty, but it had no apples in it whatsoever. Also, they have gotten smaller lately. They used to pretty much fill the box but now they are way smaller. To me, that was one of their trademark donuts because it was a wow! donut. The maple and chocolate donuts were fresh and tasty.

1st time visit. Lots to choose from. Not impressed by service. Could have sold us more if not for snide comment made by one employee. There are medical reasons some people dont wear masks and by law cant be asked. We chose to wear them for politeness. The, thank you for saving our lives comment not appropriate. Putting ours in jeopardy not appreciated and snide way you made your comment not appreciated especially since you came from back part of store to make the comment. Employee serving us had no issue and could have sold more of what looked like overdone day old donuts. Will not be back and will not recommend.

It has been a tradition of ours to go to Hurts Donuts to get donuts for santa instead of cookies on Christmas eve. The lady that took our order was very rude. Sighing when it was our turn to order. They didnt have glazed donuts. I am still flabergasted that a donut shop doesnt have glazed donuts. It was a poor experience. For the price you pay for their donuts I was expecting better.

24 hour Donut shop is a brilliant idea! Great place to have a sugary night cap after a great night out. Or a late night place to get work and study done. Good inexpensive coffee would be my one suggestion. I would love to enjoy a coffee with my donut, just not at fancy coffee shop price.

Fun place. Lots of variety. Small detraction for putting donuts in box with fronts touching the backs of next donuts - toppings came off tops and stuck to the other donut.

Krispy Kreme is good in its own way but putting them side to side with Hurts...Hurts wins every time! Must stop here if your in Springfield area...there are 2 to choose from...old downtown 1 is the Mecca of all Hurts, this one is just a little easier to get to...Theo e in Branson is the biggest of the 3.

The donuts are gr8 quality! Always fresh mouth watering yummy flavors. My two i love is cookies and cream and just an original glaze. They have a lot to choose from. They have nice theme and decor inside nice and clean. They have the worlds largest pac man at this one which is so cool who can resist playing the worlds largest!
