Nepotism will prevent you from ever moving up. Management is unexperienced, Turnover and Morale is always horrible. Theyll promise one thing and never follow through. They make 40 percent profit on every door they sell and then give us 14 cent raises every year. None of the machines have been properly maintained for several years and guess who gets the blame when it doesnt work. Not maintenance or the management ignoring the issues. The operator that gets stuck with the machine. Accountability is Poor, anybody higher up than a basic lead isnt held accountable for anything and theyll just use the people doing the work as scapegoats and terminate for petty reasons. Do yourself a favor, Dont buy products from them, Their standards are horrible and I would highly recommend going anywhere else for employment.

I wonder if there going to disinfect and clean very well every work station before they call workers back in after being directly exposed to coworkers who tested positive for covid-19 or if it will be swept under the rug like nothing happened it’ll be interesting to see how many more people come up positive from that employee wish the best it would have been better if that employee stayed home instead of knowingly coming to work while his girlfriend got tested and then continued to come in knowing that she tested positive and then testing positive himself after being sent home seems irresponsible to me!!!!

Very unprofessional & petty management. would not recommend working or doing business with this company. doesn’t treat their employees well and has no regard for personal situations or taking time off.

The worst kind of work environment. Management schemes and lies to employees. Tells them what ever they have to in order to shut them up. poor pay and lousy work hours.The products themselves are also the worst on the market. Made of cheap MDF and fall off the hinges. Dont buy one of these doors.
