Bad experience overall. Lacking in quality you would except from a High End Product. Numerous problems with product, installation and customer service. Panel colors dont match, Seams uneven, soap niche tight to panel on top, not on the lower edge. Frustration set in with follow-up service. Finally gave up and ordered glass from another supplier. For a company that came highly recommended my expectations were completely disappointed. I have another bathroom to remodel and will definitely be going elsewhere.
Went in with my husband to get an estimate on a shower and vanity on a Wednesday. We were specifically told by the saleswoman that we would have all our estimates (because we had several) emailed to us no later then Friday.Tommorrow will be exactly 2 weeks now since we have been and STILL no email, no call and no kind of communication whatsoever to us about where our estimates are. I have called twice and both times she has said they are on there way. How does this type of business survive? Not happy at all and will not return. Wasted an hour of my life going there
Worst experience ever, I wasted few hours in 2 different projects, I cant even give it 1 star, service is bad, people who work there are slow and not willing to give any effort to help or even give an answer for the customers questions.
