This is the worst store ever. No selection on Vapes and tanks. Their juice sucks. Not consistent on their flavors. I’m recommending anyone that goes to Jojo Vapes to go over to vapor haus they have a large selection of juices Vapes and tanks.

Friendly service in calm atmosphere. I have tried DOZENS of brands and just as many stores looking for proper RY4 liquid (Carmel, Vanilla, & Tobacco) with no luck until checking out JoJo. Their RY4 is spot on! Quality, flavoring, nicotine level, EVERYTHING is perfect and exactly what Ive been searching for in local brick and mortar stores. Look forward to trying out other flavors soon.

Went into the store today and made a $70 purchase. When I got the kit fully charged and took a hit it was like hitting a cigarette through a full sized pillow. I took it back in and asked them to let me know if there was something wrong with it and I was told “well I’ll try”. The kit hits like this very small amount so small that there’s honestly no point. I asked if I could trade it in for a better one and was told no it’s just the way it is.My trip here has been a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone and when they go out of business next year I’ll understand why.

This place is a complete joke. The employees are not knowledgeable, helpful, or friendly. They basically sit around with their heads up in the clouds literally and figuratively. I pretty much just lost out on a lot of money do to lack of knowledge from them to a 1st time vapor. I persisted to find out what they didnt know which took me to the shop across from Burger King on Plum St. That place knows what they are doing!!!!! Ill never spend another penny at JoJo Vapes again... Dont waste your time or money with inexperienced rude people....

I have been buying from this store since they opened. I moved North and still have continued buying. I purchased an order and it took almost two weeks to receive when it should have taken no more than four day..I did not even receive a response when I informed them of this or even a apology. I purchased coils with this recent order along with my juices and the coils came with only four instead of the five as it should be. This is unacceptable considering they have raised the price of these coils by $8 a pack. Dont make the same mistake as I did and go somewhere else. The kids that work in this place steal things out of the packages and assume you will not bring it back in once received because this is not the first time I have purchased from there and not receive what I purchased. Such a disappointment as I have spent much money at these establishments!!

One of the many shops in the sprigfield/dayton area i go to.Ive been coming here since it opened and i have to say the best 2 employees that have ever worked here are Mike and Todd.They both have went above and beyond to make sure im more than satisfied every trip.Another good thing about them is they always have a positive attitude,and are friendly every time i come in.I work in retail and alot of other places you go to you dont get friendly,you get rude attitudes. Big Props to these 2 guys!

Good if you dont know anything about vaping. Once they know that, theyll try selling you every overpriced thing they have in their case. Just dont let them know you know a thing or 2 because its rude city from there on out. Doesnt matter what location, Vandalia, Troy, Springfield, wherever, nothing but rude because they know they cant run their game on you. They just want you gone so they can move on to an easier mark. Yall tried, but you failed. You dont really care about your customers, just the dollars. Its obvious. Ive been to multiple locations and experienced the same treatment every time I let my personal knowledge be known. Im not saying Im a genius because its really not rocket science, but watching the attitude change was actually comical. Get it right and be better people. Done!

Bad, sold me wrong coils, then wouldnt give me my money back since one got liquid on it. If they knew what they was doing then they wouldnt have sold me the wrong one in the first place. Wanted to give me a in store credit when why would I be back if they have no idea what coil goes to my mode even tho I brought in my vape. Go to vapor Haus they know what they doung

Overpriced. House juice is kinda crappy. And staff makes you feel like you are a burden unless you are a friend or a normal customer. Highly suggest you shop elsewhere I found better prices and better juice somewhere else. Shop around before you buy even if its out of the way when you find a shop you love stay with them.

Its a good store but some of the prices make no sense 60 ml is 20$ but 10$ will only get u 15ml do make sure u bring extra $ lol

A guy with a red beard waited on me and was very rude! He questioned my common sense, and had a overall lack of anything resembling retail skills. On top of that he looked somewhat dirty.. with giant crusty ear holes and noticeable grime on his hands I really didnt want him touching my product. Its really a shame Jojos going downhill with speed. I should have listen to my friends about this place... back to online shopping I guess.

Overpriced, the house juices are garbage. I know a lot of people that hate vaping and when I asked them why, they say they went to jojos and tried it out and I always tell them that’s the reason. The staff is rude, The starter kits can be found almost cut in half if you look around online and are willing to wait a few days. There’s just no reason to waste your money there.

I went to Jojos to try thie vape juice as it has a lower nic content and I am beyond displeased. Their juice taste horribly bitter which masks all flavor. I bought ~24 (or 25%) nic salts and I seriously just want to throw it away. I have name brand nic salts that have 35 mg nicotine which tastes 10X better. PLEASE, do NOT waste your money here. Its about time they realize their in house juice absolutely sucks and they use name brand juice, such as NAKED or SOLACE. Seriously, dont waste your money here.

Unless you are close friends with the people that work there or are really into Pokemon Go!, your presence isnt welcomed here. 4 different employees all standing around discussing Pokemon Go and not once did anyone even both to ask if I needed any assistance. They acted as if I werent even there. I eventually got fed up and left. I took my business to Champion City Vapor instead.

Awesome place to buy vape products! The customer service is friendly, and they have a HUGE selection of house blend juices that you can get. The only complaint is that I wish that there were more Jojo Vape stores in the US!! (Also their coil prices are freakin awesome!!)
