I came and was extremely frustrated that there weren’t more women’s clothing options by manufacturers however their staff was so nice. They helped by pointing out alternatives and offered to help while I tried on different options. It was close to closing and I never felt rushed or ignored. These five stars need to go to the nice woman who helped me. I was not in a great mood and she totally turned that around with her great attitude and helpfulness. I know it could have been easy for her to just move on and let me be but she really thought about the customer. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Found a great pair of work jeans and boots. They wear great as I have put them to work ever since.

I always get followed like they think I am going to steal something. I have never stole anything from here. Honestly, I use to really like this store and have spent a lot of money here. I try to avoid shopping here and go elsewhere.

This was the first time I purchased anything from Race Bros. I needed a crossover tool box for my truck. Due to the type of bed liner I have, I wasnt positive that it would fit properly. I asked if they could put it in the truck bed to insure its fit. Even though they were very busy, the warehouse man brought it out and fitted it in the truck bed. Their customer service is great in my estimation.

They were great and helpful. They made my granddaughter feel special. Thanks.guys and gorls.

I returned some t-post that a friend purchased. They had told her if she didnt use them all she could bring them back. And there wasnt a problem. I didnt go in this time cause I had chores to do or I can get lost for days! They just have so much to look at

Your not from around here if yall dont shop Race Bros once in a while. Lawn tractors, zero turns, livestock supplies and feed to your Western Wear/clothing. So no, you dont have to go to the home of The Boot Daddy for fine clothing.

Took a friend there to get some insect spray. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product that he purchased.

My husband and I live near Springfield and know there is a mask ordinance there. Whether we agree with it or not, we are following the ordinance and wearing a mask. When we entered the store this morning, not one worker was wearing a mask. We don’t care either way, but I know without a doubt that they refused to help us because we were wearing a mask. Their lack of customer service and disrespect was appalling and embarrassing. I want to give the benefit of the doubt and hope the cashiers were just having a bad morning because there is no way this business would be celebrating their 50 year anniversary with that kind of customer service. Very disappointed, especially since we like to support local and small businesses.

Nice Farm retail supply store. Alway like to browse and just look. I buy all my stihl products from them except for one item which I bought elsewhere. Generally can get waited on in timely manner. There has been a couple times it took forever to get waited on and one time I just walked out. So if you shop hopefully you wont fill my pain. Prices are competitive and product selection if great . I will continue to go back even though service veryies.

I told them exactly what tool I wanted and they were able to tell me exactly where to find it. If you need tools and other places dont have it, dont be a tool, come buy tools here.

Went looking for boots (Ive bought pairs there before). There were almost completely out because of Christmas. They do have a lot of other great stuff for our farm. They have plenty of staff and theyre friendly.

Race brothers, is a great store, lots of options for farm supply, the only bad thing is some of the people ( not all ) who work there are not very knowledgeable of their products.

Wes in the parts dept waited on me because I needed a carburetor spring. He found it on the computer & said he would have to order one. I asked him to please take a look for a similar spring. He was unwilling to so so. I went to the area with bolts & springs & found 2 that might work. I then went back by the parts dept & Wes was gone but an older man helped me & walked right back to the part. I said Wes needs trained. I later called parts to get Wes name to do a review. He hung up on me. I then called a manager named Mark that defendered the actions of Wes short of addressing him hanging up. Mark told me they dont train their parts staff. They find it on the computer & the part is there or its not. Poorest service & management that I have ever dealt with there! Race Bros is going down quickly, guess customers arent important now.

This is a great farm supply store. There selection of merchandise is very good and their pricing is reasonable. You should be able to find just about anything you need. On this visit, I got everything I needed and found a few items that were on sale.

Bought Arian boots 12/19, only wear couple months and put up as mostly wear tennis shoes. Like many areas in 2/20 had lots of snow and found toe developed hole. Feet wet and needed Arian advised need to go back to retailer as over 2 years old. Didnt expect replace but paid $275 for what thought were good boots but obvious problems. They were not helpful and even rude. Discussed with owner, Mike, and unwilling to even give discount on new pair. Recommend never buying from this store and no reason to ever buy Arian boots. Able to buy Keen at another store for 1/2 as much

Wasnt crowded at all

They always have any farm or home item i need for my dog and cats, such as shots vitamins cages and accessories. And I really like their FivePoint dog food bags 19.95 after tax for 40 or 50 lbs. My dog loves it. It is great for her fur. Plus there is more to see here than that. Give this business a place on your must go list.
