Me and my wife will no longer renting from this place we have rented Several pieces Of equipment from them but we all take our money somewhere else from now on First time I used them the equipment broke and they keep care of us so a rented a few more things from them but here the kicker u call the store and there tech line and someone shows up the next day and just bypass the safety Neutral switch but didnt look at the lost of power i was talking about so I got tired of the equipment and went to load it and had to use my Wench to get it on the trailer so didnt get the job done I even showed the video of the low power and they didnt care so ill go rent from someone else today thank for lowering my bank account and me not getting anything done with ur equipment

This business is the best! They are such great communicators with a lovely attitude. The approach they have to serve their customers is quite amazing.

Nice equipment and service

What a nightmare! Zero stars!! Had rented the Genie lift. Everyone on site for delivery day, pool spa employees & electricians. Genie controls were sporadic then the steering totally went out. Blocked road for hours. We could not get our job completed or even started. Called store no one would call us back. The amount was just under 1 grand. Manager was very rude an not helpful at all, when store finally gave us his cell#. Wouldn’t help us with a mechanic or even refund our money!! We had to rent from another company the next day an paid 1/4 the cost!!! I called a week later about refund & this company is very rude an said I was only to speak to the manager. I said he hasn’t called me. They said that they had to inspect the equipment first an you have his phone#. He also said they ordered parts. So if they had to ordered parts it sounds like they have inspected the equipment!!! BEWARE I DO NOT recommend this company for big rental equipment! Everyone on site believed the hydraulic fluid was just low since steering wheel was free spinning an wheels would not turn... DANGEROUS situation.. The equipment we rented the next day was exactly the same just from another company and it worked like a dream!!! Plus so so so much cheaper!!!

I was in need of some rental equipment and asked three different people who don’t know each other and they all recommended Superior Rents. I went to their shop and they were very informative, helpful, professional and friendly. I went back to rent something else and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. I recommend the without hesitation.

Needed a lift for a job on Saturday. The Company is not open on Saturday in the winter so I was to pick up the lift after 2-3 o’clock on Friday. I had to get it early due to a family matter. The Manager let me get it early with no hassles. Was a huge help to my day.

I called 5 separate equipment rental places this morning. Every one of them were rude and mildly helpful. Superior Rents were AWESOME to do business with. Polite, friendly, and VERY helpful. They will be my only call from now on.

Im a frequent flyer with Superior and although Kyle normally helps me, I have always been taken good care of by everyone.

I highly recommend this outfit for renting equipment. Today I was running late to return equipment and they stayed 20 mins past closing to allow me to return the equipment. If they had not offered to do so I would have had to drag my trailer around all day after returning the lift. Thank you superior rents!

What a great place. I went in there not knowing what I needed. The people there gave me several options helped me decide the best option, then showed me how to use the equipment and even offered advice on the techniques theyve seen had good results. 5 stars all day long.

I have used Superior Rental on East Kearny in Springfield, Mo on many different occasions. Especially when I need to rent larger tools for storm clean up. Everything from large wood chippers, chain saws, trailers and sub pumps. To dehumidifiers, heaters or simple hand tools.They have always been extremely helpful and professional. Supplied excellent equipment and always stood behind what they have rented me. Even reimbursing me when the tool failed to work correctly. There prices have always been fair and they have been willing to work with me if the job took longer then I originally thought I would take.I recommend them highly.

I was searching for a specific set of concrete tools all around Joplin. I found Superior Rents website and browsed their online catalogue and they had exactly what I needed. Since then, Ive rented a wide range of power and hands tools from them and havent been disappointed. They have great customer service and their equipment is always clean. If youre looking for tool rentals, this is the place to go.

The staff in all 3 locations are great. The staff has helped me choose the right equipment rental every time I have needed them in Springfield. Im so glad they have 2 stores in Springfield. I have now used both stores and the convenience of 2 locations. I have projects going on both sides of town.

They had what I was looking for at a great price. The tool was in ok condition but hadnt been cleaned out at all from what I could tell. Overall this experience was good.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. A gentleman with blonde hair was rude entire time, and then ended up at General Rental right down the street. Found out i was grossly overcharged by Superior.
