Staff was very helpful and initiative of helping finding bolts that I needed for my project.

I called to place an order and called three days later to check and see if the order was in. They had no record the order ever existed. I had them place another one at that same time and they gave me a quote number. I call back and they cant find the order again, but after waiting for 20 minutes they found it. The inventory was held by another store which refused to ship it, but theyd put in ANOTHER order for me to see if theyd come in. And they finally did, after Id just gone to Lowes to pick up some bolts instead.Total time dealing with Fastenal: 2 weeksTotal time to pick them up at Lowes: 45 minutes
