Went for the Khaos Draft on Friday Night Magic. The players were extremely nice, great to new players and were patient. The workers there were helpful and were on top of the event. And thankfully, everyone wore masks. If Im ever back in town again, Im sure to go again!

Any game store can have a good selection (this one does), but the strengths of a game store is in the customer service and this one shines there. The merchant answered my questions with a positive attitude.Also they do a really cool mystery gift idea that is a lot of fun.

Great local game shop. Super friendly owners/workers. They have a wide variety of in stock games and are always willing to order if they dont have it. Prices are definitely fair. Every time Ive gone in theres a least one or two groups playing something in shop.

The man working today was very nice and helpful. The store was nice and had plenty of choices. Most of all the store seems to be taking COVID precautions seriously. Both employees were masked and hand sanitizer was readily available. Very happy with my experience and purchases.

Great selection of board games, really helpful staff. Josh told me about their regular open board game nights. The gaming community at the game nights are also friendly and welcoming. The store is set up with plenty of large tables and comfortable chairs, a small detail that speaks volumes to welcoming folks into the store. Looking forward to returning for future game nights!

Staff is excellent i didnt feel like I was rushed out for the next person and they answered every question I had thought of to ask great place to pick up mtg, board games, and x-wing (a new hobbie of mine) deffinatly worth the time to come here

Always a great place to game. The owners are willing to help you find anything and if its not on the shelf, they will see if they are able to order it for you. They are always running something in shop from leagues to open play on almost anything. Best of all, everyone in the shop is willing to help you out or even let you sit in to try something new. Great peaceful atmosphere without any drama.

Very friendly employees, great space for playing any sort of card or board game. Prices are reasonable, and the owner will attempt to order items for you that he does not have in stock. Keep an eye out for the used game sale(s). Excellent FLGS!

I personally had a great experience at Titan Games. It’s easily the best Local Game Store in Illinois and the staff is great. I’m relatively new to Magic The Gathering so they set me up with two free welcome decks to start out with. All you need to do to get one is just ask for one! I really love this store and will support it!

Titan Games is probably my favorite game shop in Springfield. This place is very welcoming, which is a huge plus. The guys running the store talk to you like they know you. The store is also very nice and clean, and hope it stays that way. They host tons of great nights and for a board-gamer like me, I love that they focus on more than minis and MTG. (Dont worry they have those too)

Had an enjoyable evening playing and purchasing games here. They have lots of space to sit down and try out one of their many demo games. It is a very welcoming and friendly place. They have a large selection of games and if you dont see what they want, they will order it. They sell beverages and snacks at very reasonable prices. In fact, their games are very reasonable even comparing the prices to big box stores and Amazon. I will continue to make my game purchases here to help small business.

Nice friendly staff, excellent selection. They sometimes have a used game sale which makes it more affordable to pick up games to play with your family. Its also nice that it isnt just the hardcore gamers, they have a large selection of casual games as well.

Im not one to hand out 5 star reviews but I cant think of a reason to take one away from this place. My friend and I knew NOTHING about board games but stopped by out of curiosity a few times. We have always been greeted and asked if we want tours or recommendations. The staff even offered to sit down and play a few of their favorite games with us. They invited us to their board game nights and answered all of our questions thoughtfully and honestly without pressuring a sale on us. I was interested but hesitant in buying the $120 Dark Souls board game from them. I decided to buy it and AFTER I decided to make the purchase the guy gave me $10 off. Wow. Thats not even just good customer service, thats just a genuinely nice person welcoming newcomers into the hobby. Sufficient to say we have bought more games from them since then and will continue to buy more games from them.

This is my groups go-to place for anything table gaming related (Magic, X-wing, board games, etc.). The store is clean, well-organized, and usually fully stocked. The owners are very friendly and will help you find what youre looking for (or order it for you if they dont have it on hand).

Good place to get MTG cards. Their rules are very strick. Dont do anything that they say because you will be asked to leave and after a few time they will ban you from the store.
