Ive used Renner for all my garage doors for the last 10 years. They have never let me down. Had an old 21 year old Genie door opener changed out today for a Lift Master and the installer did an excellent job (Travis). Very professional, clean and neat. He worked fast and did quality work. I had 2 garage doors installed about an hour north of the shop.The installer went right to work and continued to work hard without a break for about eight hours. He was very experienced and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the installation before he left. The person who sold me the doors came by during the day to check on the work and bring the parts that had been left at the shop. Both were very pleasant.

Just call Renner! That’s my review...just call them. that’s it. That’s my suggestion because every step of this process everyone I spoke to was great. They were cool to deal with...and this purchase of two new garage doors and two new motors was a big deal for me, it’s an expense and I really felt taken care of. There was never any pressure from a sales stand point. Quite the opposite. They even knew I was contacting other garage door people in town and were cool about it. But really, more importantly for me personally, in the end I just wanted to go with Renner...because I not only felt like they knew what they were doing but actually cared about my being happy along the way. Now, I did happen to contact Renner first and although the other garage door companies were perfectly pleasant enough, no one beat Renner’s prices in my particular situation and no one else impressed me with their overall service like these Renner did. Then, not surprisingly at this point, the two friendly and by that I mean personable and professional installers, Wyatt and Brian were both friendly, chill and patient as they answered my questions.. they both were careful and tidy doing their work. That was also cool. They took their time but wasted no time taking down my old damaged doors and installing the new ones and the motors. That was also great!.. these two guys were chill, kind and cool to deal with. In conclusion, for me... this particular “home improvement” experience was awesome!I am now definitely a fan of Renner.So.. yeah..just call them. Call Renner. That’s it.Thank you! I have had Renner install several garage doors at my home and rental units. Kevin Williamson is always great to work with an order the doors. Their prices are competitive with other providers in our area.Mike and Travis installed the two replacement doors this week. I found them to be professional and were very informational about some recent upgrades that have been made with the door hinges.

When the circuit boards on our garage doors were fried in a lighting storm, the builder of our house called Renner asked for a quote. Renner knew that wed be the ones paying for it and told our builder a quote ($75/circuit board and $75 for labor). However, when we got the bill, they charged $90/circuit board and $105 for labor as well as a few other charges. Instead of $225, the bill was $329.45. My husband called and talked with them, but they wouldnt budge at all. She said what we were charged was fair. In fact, she even said since they had to send out to 2 repair men, we should have been charged more. (In reference to that, their man arrived hours late without calling to inform us and then didnt bring all the supplies he needed. He knew exactly what hed have to do since our builder explained everything that was wrong over the phone. Then when the 2nd person came out the next day, he didnt know exactly what the 1st person did and I kept having to ask him questions.) Im so frustrated that this company wont be honest and honor their original quote.

I am writing this review as a partial review. I am still waiting for my final bill from the company and this will determine my full review of the company.In my eyes when a company takes MONTHS to put a door in, then the wrong door, then it was put in wrong which caused other parts to break, they need to at least financially compensate the customer. I am still waiting on this part to write my full review. When this is done i will then come back and complete my review.

The process was flawless, very quick installation, every employee I had contact with was very helpful and courteous and we love being able to use our garage door now to accept donations from our dock! Worst service i could ever imagine. as a business owner if there is a problem you want to know about it. I called two times asking for the general manager or the owner and couldnt get either one. I own a car dealership and they installed a overhead door that would go up or down automatically well it went down automatically alright on a customers vehicle. I just cant image not calling someone back after something like that happened but thats what you get when you do business with this company.
