Buyer beware. warranty only 30 days, so if you find that your 2 month old tarp has small holes and the silver coating is peeling off and no longer waterproof, your SOL. Also, took repeated emails, then finally a phone call to get them to finally say that it was 30 days, but they would offer another defective tarp at a discounted price.

I was making an order but was unsure exactly what I needed. I called and talked to Celeste, who was a tremendous helpful. She created a drawing of our design, figuring out the exact parts we needed and getting it shipped out in a timely fashion. Professional service and a pleasure to deal with. Ordered a rv shelter.they told me it would take 6 to 8 werks.arrived 16 weeks later with only half the materials

Somewhat disappointed when only 4 tarp grabbers showed up. Pictured in photo as more. Could have bought them for the same price when I was in town and not paid shipping.

I called them twice and left messages each time, back to back days. They never returned my calls.Im wondering if they are even still in business? If they are, they just lost about $5k in business. I wont call them a third time. Only giving one star but I want to give them zero.

I ordered an awning for our Pergola in Mid April of this year, to date I have not received it. I was sent a tracking no, which when tracked tells me it was delivered, however I did not receive my item. Repeated phone calls and emails to this company have not resulted in any success.I chose Creative Awnings because of the good reviews on line, be cautious when dealing with this company.I have changed my star rating to 3, because I did finally get my awning, and it is of good quality, it just took me a long time to finally get it and many phone calls and emails. I will probably order from this company again, but will choose my own shipping.

Great customer service from a locally owned business that has been operating for years.

I live an hour away from this company and have drove by but never stopped. I have used their online design tool and built canopies twice and have been very pleased with the result. My footprints were very specific and required tweaking to achieve the fit I needed. The design tool laid out the parts and tarp size I needed. I then was able to cut EMT to specific lengths to create the geometry I needed. Delivery was fast and cheaper than me driving to Springfield. My needs were very specific and the result was perfect. My final cost was a bargain compared to my other options. Next time I am in your neck of the the woods, I promise I will stop by to praise you in person.

Ive been working with this company for years, and multiple shelters and projects. I have never had an issue beyond something arriving a bit later than expected, and that only because they had to order the item and werent shipping it from their own location .. I think these guys are great!

I have had excellent service and product received from Creative Awnings, they do the awning work for our company. Very pleased with the end result. I appreciate their experience and input.

Received most of my order promptly and it was of good quality. However I was shorted 2- 30 Cable anchors that were 10.00 each in an order of 345.93, and It has now been 45+ days. They never answer their phone. I have always had to leave a message. At first they called back and were helpful, promising to send the items. More recently however they seem to not be returning calls or answering emails. I have filed a dispute through Pay Pal.

I tried in good faith to wait and be patient. Ive sent multiple emails ( once a month) for back ordered items only to be stalled for more time and be lied to that the items would be in soon. After 6 months they stopped replying to my emails altogether. I called once on month 7 and after the second try got a live person. They told me they would check and call me right back and guess what......they didnt. I cant believe how a company would have no regard at all for their customers. I have just given up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY!!

Unethical and illegal business practices.I strongly urge everyone to not conduct business with either this firm, or the people who run and work at this company.A tarp was ordered and expedited (same day) shipping was paid for. The order was automatically (bot) confirmed as were the expedite terms on a Sunday, and the terms advised a follow-up email would be sent.- The shipment arrived incomplete and late.- UPS records confirmed the order shipped out late.- Phone calls were not answered, and their vmail system was unable to accept recordings due to it being full.- Emails were not answered.Upon receiving the late and incomplete shipment, I sent a detailed email with evidence of their violation of the terms of the contract with a promise to share this poor experience if they were unable to make good on the terms by completing the order and refunding the expedite fee.Only then did they respond to my emails, and promised refund of the failed expedite fee and shipment of the balance of the order.The expedite fee was not refunded.If I had the time, I would file a grievance with the local chamber of commerce and the BBB for their illegal business practices, but sadly, firms like this prey upon the knowledge that most people dont have the time to do all this work, and they can thus exploit this fact to illegally enhance their bottom line.

Horrible!!! 6 months later... No special order items... They will lie about special orders, forget to order and blame it on the customer... I should have paid attention to the other bad reviews. Poor customer service. Poor business practice.
