When visiting the casino, my wife and I wandered into this establishment with every intent to browse only and to our surprise we were met with a pleasant and informative store owner, we think her name was meg, with a warm welcome to the downtown area, and a crash course on diamonds by her son. I worked in loan shops and although its not a pleasant feeling not being able to meet peoples expectations theres still a business to be ran. It is for profit not for loss.With all said Saturday I was there before they closed and swore she told me 40 cents but it was a laughing matter we enjoyed and will bot be the last time i go there in Springfield, Ma. This is a bad experience Ive ever came across. The store manager is rude, she was cursing throwing the F bomb like nothing. Loads amount of attitude over the phone as well. The store manager overall is rude, unprofessional and provides terrible customer service.
