I love these stores. They ALWAYS have a variety of new and interesting products to look at and killer deals on food stuffs for my household.

This is an excellent alternative to the bigger grocery stores. Many of the items they have for sale there will be potluck but thats part of its charm. A great place to explore for different varieties of cheese and wine. Great deals on other items if youre willing to explore. Shopping here has introduced me to many foods I wouldnt have otherwise tried. Always less crowded than other places.

They dont always have everything Im looking for... but they make up for it with new and unexpected items.Check the cheese section carefully--there are some excellent buys.righ alongside the more common bulk cheeses.The wines hold a similar story.

Prices were a little high but not as much as other grocery stores. Kind of a drab interior. Produce area looks nice and the clerks are friendly and quick.

I tried to get in here at least once every couple of weeks. If youre into natural foods this is the place for closeout specials and whatever sort of diet youre into they always have something here of interest. Ive always enjoyed my interactions with the employees theyre very professional and helpful. The only complaint I have and its the nature of the store is that once you find something that you really like its going to be sold out soon. Great store and great people

This is a fun place to shop if you like to try new things.The also have large frozen entrees that are my favorite thing to buy, at dramatically reduced prices.They have a huge selection of wine and beer. They have a small selection of beauty products and an even smaller selection of household goods.One isle is random things like toys, coloring books, calendars etc...I once bought a couch cover there!

Management is unaccommodating and they refused my business. Online is cheaper now for what I normally purchase here.

Good deals, interesting selection. Watch out though alot of the food has or is near its expiration date. Also, many items are not necessarily cheaper than going to winco or whatnot, so you still need to be selective if youre trying to maximize your $$$

Fun and unique wine selection, and easily the best value in town! Just be aware, what they have in stock is constantly changing. If you fall in love with a product there is a good chance it may not be there next time you visit.

After shopping here for a long time, I have become increasingly alarmed at the lack of consistent store policy when it comes to wearing a mask. Even though management has the right to refuse service to anyone, they seem to lack respect for the statewide mandate in effect intended to safeguard us all from this terrible disease. Last night, as has happened so many times over the past few months, I watched a woman shop the whole store without a mask. I complained to an employee. The grocery outlet response was to let her check out. Talking the whole time she spewed herself all over the checkout stand, the credit card machine, the groceries. She had no respect for social distancing. She had no concern for our safety. As far as Im concerned, neither did the Grocery Outlet management team. They chose to support her boycott of our statewide safety measure, putting us all at risk at the only conveniently close grocery store in our neighborhood. If you read this and agree I ask you to take the time to raise the question with the owners, call in a complaint to the health department, file a complaint with the State Covid task force, and shop the River Rd. location for great deals that dont require you risk your life to shop for them. We wont shop here again.

Check out theNosh section of the store for healthier options at great prices. I usually go here in the last couple hours of operation so I can get in and out very efficiently. Last visit got avocado oil, matcha tea, and organic apples.

I shop for groceries here pretty regularly...they have very low prices and great staff! James is my favorite cashier!

Favorite part about them is they get some really top quality stuff with some really good discounts.

I have been shopping here for years. But with the pandemic it has become very clear that they dont care if their customers never die. Employees do not wear their masks correctly, they dont cover their nose, and they barely cover their face. When I asked an employee to pull his mask up, just after an elderly woman asked him the same thing, he told me he couldnt pull his mask up because he has asthma. Which is just not true, he lied to me, and I know he lied to me because I also have asthma. And I am able to wear a mask. They dont care if you and your family die of disease. Do not go here

They usually have really good deals but they dont always have a very consistent inventory, but that is the sort of store they are. You never know what they might have in stock, but you can bet that whatever they have will be a good deal.

I am starting to like them more when they get more organic and gluten free stuff prices are good to, and they get things they didnt have before, and t wine is very good price.

Great for low prices on cereal red milk and eggs and they also got some frozen dinners and they got frozen waffles and frozen French toast its actually a very nice place to shop

Usually really great finds are available here. Theres a pretty large wine selection as well as beers. They frequently have particularly good cheeses. In the summer months they will also often get fruit in the peak of their ripeness. The best nectarines Ive ever had have come from this store. They carry mostly nationally recognized brand name groceries with some lessor know ones too. In winter they will have European cakes and cookies. Just today I got dried seaweed snacks. Good luck hunting.

I like the grocery outlet its one of my favorite places to shop. The grocery outlet and I go way back. At least 30 years. My mom used to get embarrassed when we call it the used food store. My friends and I thought it was funny because all the cans had dents in them. Anyway that was a long time ago Im both I and the grocery outlet have come a long way.except for the grocery outlet in Springfield isnt nearly as good as the one in Roseburg. But then again maybe it just feels that way because Roseburg is familiar. It still wasnt a bad store. Still had great prices thank you

I am so poor at the moment I had a very real amount of money to spendlast night. Im very self conscious about this so I make totally certainI am under my budget as I choose my items. Ive worked retail and hate last minute shoppers so Im extra diligent about not causing a delay at the register.Employing these principals I get to check out and have to return items since I was over budget. Amazing kind people in line behind me made up my shortfall. I was really embarrassed...and grateful.I assumed it was me but looking at the receipt this morning it was not. Two items were ringing up at higher prices than their posted price.I would like to think this is an errornot a trick, Ive shopped there for years and hope Ive not been tricked all this time.I was deeply embarrassed to have my poverty HIGHLIGHTED. I cantrecommend a store that cantreconcile item and posted price.Not the first time paying over theposted price, but on previous occasions I wasnt bereft and was to lazy to pursue the issue.Shame on you.

Today was my first time back in a year. They have improved the layout of the store. Nice wide isles. Prices were incredible. I saved $162.50 . not bad. Im stocked for the whole month. Thank you Grocery Outlet!!!

Every Grocery Outlet has its own distinctive little differences in what they stock. Thats a given with this chain because of how they operate as a company. This location seems to have a very good selection in canned or vac-packed meat/ seafood items. I have also noticed, this store in particular is very well stocked/maintained! They really pay attention to that and it shows.

I usually love it here but today I had an exceptionally bad experience with two of the male checkers. I asked the young man ringing me up for a box for the wine I was purchasing. I was told to get it myself from the wine department because they werent supposed to bother anyone working in that department. Um...what? Then, he magically produced a box from behind his check stand! Amazing! When I let him know that his service was very poor the checker next to him butted in and stated, We dont do boxes. Seems like some customer service re-training is due. Itll be a bit before I go back. Where are all the nice clerks who used to work there????

This is the Springfield outlet, aside from the Eugene outlet on River Road, and offers almost the same items. The prices are great and I always walk out with more than I expected. They offer a good amount of organic and healthier foods items, including some gluten free things. I really like their nut butters and chocolate bars.

Hey its grocery outlet. I think they get overstocked items from other stores and sell them at an awesome price. You just have to watch it, because they have stuff there that sells for the same price you would get it elsewhere. Also, you may spend more just because its cheaper. Go in with a list and get what you need. I found that is the best way to utilize this place.

I love my job

This is a nice store for good deals. They have low prices on many items people need. They get people through the check out quickly and it is an easy place to stop by after work on the way home. You never know what they might have available si if you see something you like, its best to stock up because it might not be there when you return. They also have a bike rack in front.

The checker Zane kinda hopped us out of our ten dollar turkey coupon. Instead of telling us we were five dollars short of being able to use the coupon he just charged full price,and then gave an attitude when we didnt want to pay 3 times the price. Very irritating...
