The cashier never spoke to me; never even made eye contact with me. But she had a conversation with customers in another cashiers line. She way over-packed my canned goods in one sack then double bagged it. So it was heavy but didn’t save anything because she still used 2 sacks.

I work here, the people I work with are all so kind, polite and caring. The community that shops with us are just wonderful.I appreciate every customer and every employee...

Ive heard some mixed things about this store but I quite liked it. Staff was nice and they had a surprising variety of products.

Though its a small grocery, Ive never found a nicer staff anywhere. Krogers could certainly take a lot of lessons from the staff at HG hills where they are always polite and friendly and where the manager insists on everyone wearing a mask. at Kroger I see staff wearing masks but they didnt do so until there was a mandate, whereas at hills, they started wearing them nearly as soon as the pandemic reached our shores. A fairly good variety of food for a small grocery store also.

What a great small town store that has everything. It is well organized and stocked with all your wants & needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.I was surprisingly shocked when I walked in and felt the old style feel, in such a large town. The price also met the chain store pricing or were cheaper.Kudos for keeping it the Hometown feel!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It would be nice if they had electric carts for those who cant walk and have major surgeries. Please consider investing in some. It stinks only having Walmart and Kroger as options store wise to go to that have electric carts in Springfield.

In Springfield Tennessee on Memorial Boulevard Holly go down there and get my groceries sometime and get my money orders to pay my bills that good people do

Gotten way too expensive to shop here. And some of the employees are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Eating at the register, playing with phone and just acting like they dont want to be there.

Its always been a really good store. They all r very helpful. Some of their food is 2 high but thats everywhere u go now a days. An I really like the PICK 5 FOR 19.99. There 4 awhile it went up to PICK 5 FOR 24.99. NOT SO GOOD. Way out of my price range. It just wasnt worth it. So glad they returned to the normal 19.99. Thank U H. G. HILLS N SPRINGFIELD TENN.

We love the smallness of this store. Old school charm with friendly service and great organization. Yes, it may be slightly higher in price to buy whatever you want versus the big chain grocers but they are locally owned and have great sales. Dis I mention the friendly service?!! 😁

The cashiers have definitely gotten friendlier and speak to customers now, but I absolutely hate how the prices fluctuate drastically. I hate going into the store on a budget to get something I have bought many times before just to find out the prices have went up SEVERAL dollars. They should definitely write special on meats if theyre below normal price, so that nobody is shocked when they see a price hike from the norm. Im pretty sure thats whats going on. Still a pretty good store either way and I always enjoy checking out with the friendly cashiers!

I moved here about 4 years ago from Michigan 😇 I absolutely love this little market...always clean well stocked an has very friendly employees...the meat Dept is always fresh well prepared for daily business 😉 reminds me of home Everytime I shop!!! I come from 35+ yrs of grocery management...and this grocery chain is hands down a big 10...thank you so much for everything you all do to make my shopping trips a 10 ..... You may pay alittle more than big overscale stores!!! But you will get what you pay for😉 thank you....to all at this awesome little market😇

Its kind of expensive so I dont do my major shopping here but when I need to get in and out fairly quick with a couple of things this is my go to place for speed and for the friendly cashiers they always seem to have!!! Good job guys!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

I will only be going here for the pick 5 meat deal. Prices on everything else in the store arent good at all. You can easily drive a couple minutes further to aldi or Wal-Mart to shop.

The manager is rude.... if your not a relative or a friend of his he dont care..... if I see him working at the cash register I either go to the next line or leave the store period.... otherwise when hes not around its a good envirement clean store nice people.....

When Save-A-Lot got removed from Springfield Tennessee HG Hills in Springfield Tennessee went up on all prices I can go somewhere theres like Walmart and get things cheaper when I used to be able to get it at HG Hills

With the panic crisis, I found this store the best stocked with staples than any store in Springfield with meat, dairy, cereals, produce.

Shelves not stocked, produce is old and milk out of date. Which seems that way alot. Thinking of just going to the one in Pleasent View more often.
