CJs came through with the weirdest dining experience of my life. I pulled up and there was a man laying under the cart, not moving. I tried to get his attention, but he was not responsive. I let a woman inside know and she seemed pretty unconcerned. She said it was her husband and that he was just working on the cart. I was not convinced he wasnt dead. She shouted to him and even kicked his feet with no response. Before he showed any signs of life, she moved on to trying to take my order. Im still thinking there is a dead guy lying down five feet from me. When she asked How many tacos would you like? the man under the cart finally grunted and answered ten or fifteen. like she was asking him. We got several tacos and they were bland and the whole serving area seemed pretty unsanitary. As we were leaving, the gentleman beneath the cart attended to another patron, still lying on the ground (pictured). I appreciate the friendly demeanor of everyone involved and the affordable prices, but this whole ordeal wasnt worth the weak tacos.
Closed down. Out of business.
The owner Tony, has influenced me into becoming a better person and a better musician. Great coffee and very funny man. Come In and try his coffee and snacks!! Also dont forget live events!!
Every Tuesday my friend and I get tacos. Its became a routine, and if we didnt get them, our week wouldnt feel right. Typically we go to Jose Locos, but once we saw CJs lunchbox, we were pumped to try out this new local business. We walked in, to find a packed room, with several people. Slightly confused, we walked to the front of the room, where we placed our order. Shortly after, a man with one plastic glove on, gave us our tacos. As he handed it to me, I noticed blood inside of his glove, as we walked out, I told my friend about what I saw, and she then threw her taco away. I ate mine, the taste wasnt bad, it was just a simple taco. After that we went to Jose Locos to fulfill our Tuesday ritual.
Very good food. The guy that runs it is nice.
The people here are very friendly. We rented a U-haul here he didnt have the size we needed but gave us a larger one for the same price as the one we wanted. I would recomend using them.
