Not enough employees to check out. Store wants you to use self check out. Only checkout lane opened at five pm on a Friday was underage and could not check you out if you had alcohol. Self checkout continuously prompted an item was added to the bag that wasn’t scanned when it had been scanned then prompted to return the item when you take it out of the bag. No employee stationed at the self checkout to help. Every person at the scanners was having the same problem. An employee opened the tobacco checkout so moved over to be told she couldn’t checkout produce. So there are two lanes open and one can’t do produce and one no alcohol. Checkout all but my produce. Take my bananas to the register that can scan produce. I have six bananas that are not all connected. The young man weighs them separately...but leaving the first bunch he already weighed on the scale when he weighed the second bunch. Total for six bananas 3.80. I said that he weighed the first set of bananas twice. When he finally reweighed the bananas, was half the price. Found the checkout process ridiculous and not well thought out. Lost a good costumer today.

Place was very clean. Large floral department. Product was well stocked and fronted.

It’s a little run down but they ALWAYS have my favorite beer in stock and they have a very impressive wine/spirits selection for the North Side of Springfield.

I ran in for a Starbucks and buy from the frozen food section. I give starbucks 5 stars, but the store is NOT clean.

The stores been around for a really long time I can remember shopping here when it was Dillons, which no longer exists, but they have picked up on the deal making. I love the fact that its owned by its workers. Makes me want to shop there more. They try and keep their prices reasonable and always have great specials. Its worth reading their ad, where was most places it isnt anymore.

I love going here if I dont want to fight the crowd other places. You may have to pay a little more on price but its worth it to not have to wait in super long lines and plus they are always friendly that makes a big difference to me as well.

The bakery was closed but they went above and beyond to help us. they saved our kids birthday! Forever grateful for their help!

Everytime Ive bought their chocolate milk its been spoiled. An employee told me they accept tap to pay and when I tried to use it, it wouldnt work and all they could say was sorry super disappointed in how downhill this store is going.

I really appreciate the employees at this store. Im always greeted with a smile and everyone is ready to help. The produce department always has the appearance that theres pride taken in its care. Tonight I was served by a very helpful young man in the deli... he could be described as a meat sommelier...

This place is clean and well stocked. The meat selection, produce, deli, and food selection is great. The checkers have almost always been very friendly, professional, and efficient . I enjoy shopping here and the Starbucks is a perk.

I love that store, they are so friendly and I enjoy taking my kids with me anytime I need something because the staff treats us like family.

Good place to shop they always have some kind of deals going. The lady that checked me and my girl out was a little rude all around a good place.

Always seems understaffed. Stood at the the express lane for about five minutes, waiting for someone to come to the counter, light was on, no closed sign. At least two or three employees passed, didnt offer help. Went to the customer service line, which was pretty quick. Westside location isnt a gem, but I definitely prefer it, and Ill likely drive out of my in the future to go to west Chestnut.

Plenty to pick from. Great looking produce. Found everything I was looking for. Nice selection of deli products and overall the store was clean. Liked having the Starbucks there too, treated myself to a great coffee.

Great place to find what you need and get back home without a hassle. Prices arent the cheapest here. But sometimes cheaper isnt better.

What a relief, being somewhere thats not Walmart. Nice to see them taking good care of their freezers. The Walmart on Kearney freezer was not holding temp and not an employee in sight.

Your cashiers are professionals but very concerned on dates of your products. Lot of your snacks and cranberry section has out of dates major.

The place is called 10 Box now and it is much better than previous name stores that have been there. The interior look cleaner and more comfortable now

I thought it was great. A little sketchy outside but a wonderful variety. A bit pricey but what isnt now a days.

This place is extremely high on all there food items and anything in the store. For what I have spent here I could have driven further and got alot more for the price. I will not shop here on a regular basis but incase of bad weather its ok I guess if picking up just a few items.

The closest place to get caffeine free Diet Coke which they always have it available and the only Starbucks near me the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the lady at the counter at Starbucks is kinda rude

What I always look for in a place is if the people are friendly and helpful and just like my other post the employees here just that some of the prices are okay but I find better prices other places but like I said for friendly help and a comfortable atmosphere I was raised right here on the side of town so I remember when that place was Dillons and Ive just continued to go there afterwards and sometimes its worth paying a little extra for friendly environment you know

So I went in to get a coffee and the line was ridiculous one guy working at Starbucks..not sure if price cutters are responsible for the employees that work in Starbucks ?

Im not a fan of Price Cutter I feel that they price gouge their customers HyVee in Walmart have much better deals and I also like Hy-Vees meat department much better the only reason I gave him two stars is because I like the Starbucks thats inside they need to send somebody over to clean their restrooms
