Extremely friendly and helpful staff amaizing visit

Man was so rude, like I was bothering him. Asked if he could test my water, acted rude and insulted me. Wont be back. There is a place in town that can test your water if you bring it in.

Theses folks keep our water in top condition!!! Very knowledgeable.

Am extremely pleased with Dougs Pool and Spa. Had new liner installed in my pool. With all the rain they just could not do it. Too wet and they wanted to make sure installed correcting. They got it installed and its was perfect then Saturday had tornado hit my house and messed up my perfect liner. They came out and fixed it immediately. Very nice reliable company. Love you guys at Dougs Pools. Thank you so much

The only reason I give them one star is there is not an option for lower. Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I will not use them again.

Dougs Pool and Spa is great company ran by even greater people. They do quality work and always put the customer first. I highly recommend them.

I was told they aren’t taking new customers. Wow...now that’s a great way to stay in business.

Called to have a leak fixed on my Multiport valve, when I contacted them I was told they were not accepting new customers, do not waste your time if you are a new pool owner, call anyone else.
