Ordered a single tank of carbon dioxide over a week ahead of time before I needed it. I call the day before to double check order to be told they might not get it because of driver staffing issues. I then ask to please call me first thing in the morning (today) to notify me if it isn’t coming so I can make other arraignments. I never get that call and I proceeded to call multiple times with no answer (today). I finally get a hold of someone to be told that they truck was overloaded and I wouldn’t be getting said tank. Due to this tank not being delivered it has screwed up a huge part of a production I was doing for a party tonight!

Employees could be better trained...couldnt answer my question...rude....new building..easy to find
