My elderly mother bought 2 mattress, coils came through ( not a heavy woman), bought first one, after 2 months coils thru, went back and paid more for a better one and now 6/23/20 coils popping up. The manager or owner used the f... bomb and was rude about the whole thing. Suggested mother was fat perhaps thats why coils came thru. Today we are mattress shopping again. Money wasted, entire experience horrible. I suggest anyone give serious consideration buying here. Oh and there is hardly any choices in this very tiny shop. When we called to discuss the owner was full of excuses and offered no help. Nasty shop with big dogs also.

Small shop fair prices. Buy a matress get a good night sleep. Thanks M O for hooking a guy up with two beds for 1200$$$ and delivering for a fair price. We love our extra firm real spring mattresses. My back feels good again.

What an experience! The lady there was super helpful and had me out the door and loaded up with my mattress in under 10 minutes!! And theres loads of bean bags as well!

Stopped by not knowing what to expect and Josh was very helpful. Id never been matress shopping before and he had me and my fiancee sit and lay on every matress he showed us untill we found the one that was good on our backs and we were both comfortable with. I am more than pleased with the service and friendliness that Josh and August showed us. Thank you both very much and im very glad you helped us find our perfect bed.

Very unhappy! After 3 days of having a certain product they would not let it be returned or even exchanged. Now I see why people shop at name brand stores and not bargain places like this store. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

I went to several big stores looking for a full size double sided mattress and box spring with no luck. Then I remembered seeing this hole in the wall store. So I stopped by. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised ! The lady inside was very happy and helpful. Mattresses were stacked up and lined up with barely no room to move but she had exactly what I was looking for and a better quality not to mention below the price I had in mind. I got a full size thick mattress with two sides (so it can be flipped) and a box spring with a frame and same day delivery for $350.00. The only down side was the delivery guys looked a bit dirty like they had been working outside.

Bout the cheapest twin mattress so theres nothing that can be done is what the owner says. I paid $95 for my sons bed. He is 6 and only weighs 49lbs. Ive had it 4 months. He DOES NOT jump on or abuse his bed and its sunk in in the middle, you cant lay on it without feelings metal circle springs digging into you. I bought a cheap mattress that came in a box from Wal-Mart for $30 more QUEEN size and its still amazing over a year and a half later. ********Disgusting service. *********

I went to ask about a mattress...they couldnt get me out of there fast enough. They wouldnt even explain what kind of bed they have.

We needed a twin foam mattress for a cot we bought for guests. I called several places and they tried to talk me into more expensive mattresses. I called the woman at the outlet and she said she had one, along with price and time she closed. The price was far below others in the area.

March, 2017, within days of using my bank debit card at this store my bank called to say my account was being used in Kansas City & then Columbia, MO.. This has never happened before @ any other place I;ve shopped in Springfield, nor has it happened since.

Unfortunately Im going to have to agree with the other 1 star on here, not only r the springs coming up u cannot flip them theres only 1 side to these beds & a twin size was $300.
