Where to Begin... On 2/27/2021 My Husband and I visited The Mattress Factory in Springfield Pa. We walked around and looked at some mattresses for about 2/3 minutes before an Associate approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. He immediately introduced himself (Forgot his name 😫). He was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the different brands, products and its quality. But most of all. He was all about making sure we were pleased and sure of the item we purschased. Upon us checking out we were introduced to another gentlemen (Forgot his name too 🤦🏾‍♀️) He was also nice. All together there were 3 Gentlemen inside the store. They make us feel very comfortable. There Customer Service was just ALL AROUND EXCELLENT!!!! We truly want to Thank You Guys for a WONDERFUL FIRST EXPERIENCE. We definitely will be back.

Had to replace a mattress and box spring quickly while spouse was hospitalized. I had price and type of mattress in mind. Researched different mattress speciality stores and furniture doors. Found the Mattress Factory had what I needed, at right price, in stock and could delivery in the time I needed. I went into store in Springfield.Len S was my sales person. He made a recommendation for the needs of my spouse. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient and on time!All in all a great experience from website to store to delivery.

He’s extremely knowledgeable giving me facts, which helped me in my comparison of several options. He worked with me to ensure I was getting a mattress that worked for me, price and comfort. The Springfield store is 17 miles from my home and there are other competitors closer in proximity. However, I felt Dennis was welcoming and demonstrated a sincere interest towards helping me. After researching and looking for a year, I made a purchase!!

Dennis was able to guide us through how to figure out our preferences for and then even showed us less expensive comparators based on our budget. He had so much knowledge on the differences between each brand and mattress type. He did not make us feel rushed or give us that used car salesman vibe at all. The purchasing process was easy and he set our expectations up front that there could be delivery delays due to COVID. The mattress was delivered yesterday and we had the best sleep ever! Recommending the Springfield location. Dennis was great. Very informative and a good mattress guru for this Goldilocks.. this ones too hard, too squishy... just right! We were able to lay on a lot of beds before narrowing it down to the one! After doing all kinds of research online and almost getting a bed delivered in a box, I’m so glad we didn’t and were able to try multiple ones in the store. They are following Covid guidelines safely too. I can’t wait for our bed to be delivered!

I would give this a negative if possible. I went in trying to find a matress comfortable enough since I do physical work. He preceeded to tell me that I was fishing at the bottom of the barrel because I couldnt afford more then 600 for a matress and quoted Einstein saying isanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I would have been fine with this if it wasnt for his tone and attitude. I suggest Noone goes here if they cant afford a 1500+ matress.

My wife and i came in looking to try some beds and see what one we would plan to buy. The staff was amazing. We were not pressured, we were not guided to the most expensive matresses, we did not have them hovering over us. The staff did provide exceptional knowledge and insight on the products and checked with us intermittently to deliver such knowledge and ask if we had any questions. Thanks to them we went way over our intial budget and got a bed that was perfect for us. They were also great with our 1 year old son and did not get upset over us allowing him to try the beds also, in fact they encouraged it. Over all i give my experience at matress factory 10/10 much unlike my experience at another store earlier in the day and will recommend this store to ANYONE who is looking to buy a new bed. Andrés was awesome, answering all of our questions and taking the time we needed to try out all the different mattresses we were interested in. This was our first stop, and Andrés was not pushy for a sale when we told him we were going to check a few other places. Gave us his card and thanked us for stopping. I visited the Mattress Factory in Springfield thinking that I knew what I wanted. Once I tried out the mattress, I realized that I was wrong!! Dennis came over and talked to me about what I thought I wanted, what I really needed and offered some suggestions for a couple different beds that might better suit my needs. His suggestions were so helpful and definitely helped me to make my decision. I had just been to the hospital a couple days ago with severe back pain and needed a mattress sooner rather than later, and Dennis knew that some mattresses are hard to get delivered quickly, so he called to find out what was in stock, while I was testing the mattresses he had suggested. Luckily, the mattress that I wanted/needed was in stock and Dennis set me up to have it delivered in 2 days. The entire process was easy, quick and seamless. I’m so appreciative!!

A great experience. Walked in and told them my price range and what I was looking for. The gentlemen showed me a few options and helped educate me on what mattress had the better benefits. It had been 22 years since I had a new mattress. I was faced with the daunting task of purchasing a new one. I spent one week researching various locations, stores, and sales. The store associates are paid salary and not commission. They work with you and listen to your needs. I went in with knowing what I wanted as far as size and firmness but Wesley introduced me to a oasis of comfort with my new full size mattress! I recently bought a Therapedic BackSense(Ardmore XF) bed from Mattress Factory. From the second I walked in the door up until the moment they delivered the mattress I received nothing but excellent service. At the store Andre took the time to demo quite a few mattress to me taking into mind my preferences and budget. As I stated at the beginning I choose the Theripedic BackSense and have gotten the best sleep I’ve had in a long time since receiving it. This was our second mattress purchase in just a couple of months (different rooms) - unfortunately their Wayne store had closed (amazing salesman there named Ken). When we were ready to buy the 2nd one, we passed by multiple other mattress stores in the area to go to their Springfield store where Dennis the manager took great care of us. Very knowledgeable, no weird hype or sales pitches, just facts about the product. Store was immaculate. Ended up with another BeautyRest - this time the Black C class plush - bought it on Sat, delivered on Monday - cant beat that! Love the mattress and highly recommend.
