I went there today and what can I say but Excellent Service and Quality products. Marlon was my sales person and he was exceptional! I brought my three year old with me and he was very accommodating to me as well help keep a busy toddler occupied while I test out the mattresses. I tried the Bed Match Machine to test out what my needs were and it did not disappoint at all! I chose a mattress off of the list it recommend and I cannot wait for it to be delivered on Tuesday! Marlon gets A++ for my service and being such a great salesperson today. I definitely recommend this store 🙂

A few months back, I didnt even mean to get a new mattress. I was a few doors down, getting my phone battery replaced and just kinda wandered in with hella back pain and Lawrence Gibson offered a solution in line with what my doctor said, and gave me a fantastic deal on the mattress I needed. I still have back pain, but its way way better than it used to be. Im incredibly pleased with the service I received from Lawrence, and his associate Marlon Gomez. Raises for everyone!

We went these a few weekends back and were greeted by John on a Saturday afternoon. John was definitely not your typical pushy salesman. Have took his time, answered all of our questions, suggested a few mattresses all while having a funny exchange of banter back and forth. It was a great experience and we ended up calling him a few weeks later to purchase a mattress and box spring. Delivery was perfect. I could go on and on but if youre looking to upgrade do your self a favor and look John up. You will not be disappointed.

My fiance and I had a great experience shopping at Mattress Warehouse! They have this really cool bed match system that basically reads your body as you are laying down, and then prints out a list of the best mattresses for you!The customer service rep, Marlon, was very friendly, helpful and showed great patience even when my fiance wanted to try mattresses that werent on our list. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse if you are on the hunt for a new mattress, they have a wide selection of brands! Serta and Tempurpedic just to name a few!

Allison was terrific while helping us choose a new mattress. There was no rush or pressure, but instead she took her time to explain features and differences to us, and allowed us to make our own decision. Everything was clean, and we were given a disposable protective sheet to use to try out different mattresses and pillows. Prices are competitive with other stores and various websites, and we found MW even beats some of the mattress companies own websites for price.

Went to Mattress Warehouse and had a great experience thought that the salesman would be just like any other but I was completely wrong .I felt with Don and he was a really great guy took the time to explain the difference between the mattresses that he had there and seemed very knowledgeable. I was looking to buy a new bed and did some homework beforehand to get an idea of what was best for my hubby and I. We Went to mattress warehouse which is the only store offering bed match. This is a great diagnostic tool . Buying a mattress is so much more than just buying one based off of price and comfort. Don D was our salesman who was very, very patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all. We tested out multiple mattresses And bought the Tempur pedic hybrid adapt medium with an adjustable ergo base. Omg, let me tell you this bed is the bomb. Has all the bells and whistles. Overall my entire experience was excellent. Including the salesman, delivery Process and The 2 delivery guys. Ordered my bed on a Tuesday evening and It was delivered Thursday. So quick. 100% hassle free and excellent service entirely. I highly recommend this store and salesman.

Don made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. We were looking for the new Nectar mattress which apparently only a few Mattress Warehouse stores carried - Springfield being one of them. We were told to ask for Don from a former colleague of his from another store because he was very knowledgeable about the products and amazing with customers. We couldn’t agree more! The mattress was temporarily out of stock at the time we purchased it from Don due to high demand, so Don said he would keep us updated, which he did - several times because the mattress took longer to come in than Mattress Warehouse was originally told, so our delivery date was pushed back a couple of times. Don made several phone calls to check on the status and updated us along the way. He was pleasant the whole time. Thanks Don!!

Stopped in Mattress Warehouse in Springfield,Pa. On July 8th,2020 after being at another furniture store before that...I was looking for a Queen mattress and box springs..Seen one I liked at that other store, but didnt want to pay that much...I knew nothing about Mattress Warehouse and really thought it was a Mattress Firm store...But, Im glad I stopped there...I was greeted by Don as soon as I walked in...He made me feel very comfortable..I told him about the first stop I made and showed him a picture of the mattress...He said he didnt have that mattress, but one similar in a Sealy...The other one was a Beauty Rest...He gave me the mattress test, and the Sealy actually was one of the mattress that came up....Not, only that the price was about 500.00 less...Long story short. I didnt buy it that day, but went back the next day and did so...The mattress was delivered a week later and so far so good...The delivery guys were wonderful and took out the old and brought in the new in no time....And, Don was such a good salesperson with a great sense of humor...Would definitely recommend him and Mattress Warehouse....Thank you, Don

We called and were told that the boxpring would be delivered on 7/11, we resquested a split boxspring to navigate our stairs.7/11 the boxspring was delivered but only one when we need two as it is a split boxspring. Now we have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest to receive the other half of the split boxspring. We feel bad for the delivery men who will be making 3 trips instead of 1.We are disappointed about this; we were told by Alisson that These things happen.Good to know!Make sure everything is double and triple checked before your purchase!
