Needed a couple of Mattresses for my kids so I messaged the store. Was very friendly and responded very fast. Gentleman I texted with was quick to answer any of my questions and we were able to schedule a time that was convenient for me to bring my kids over to try out the mattresses as he suggested since they would be sleeping on it. They had a great selection and a clean store. The kids found the ones they wanted and they had them in stock to my surprise!!!! we were able to load them up and take them home. I will be shopping with them again the next time I need a mattress for sure!

I bought a mattress from here a couple of years ago. I’m just now posting a review because I’m looking for another mattress and was thinking about it. The business owner did a good job and was even willing to negotiate the price a little, but I have not liked the mattress I got from there. I bought the highest priced pillow top queen they had at the time and was proud of my purchase until I got home and slept on it a few nights. It was uncomfortable and offered little support. Because I was told there were no refunds I have just put up with it for a couple of years and bought different support pillows to help, but my girlfriend also doesn’t like the bed and so I’m saving up some money to hopefully find a better mattress for me.

The owner was amazing to work with, we truly enjoyed our mattress buying experience. They had a huge selection of in stock mattresses. All of the mattresses we tried were of great quality and we love the mattress we brought home. I highly recommend you check this place out before buying from a national chain. We support local businesses any chance we can get. Highly recommend.

I love having to set an appointment! Makes purchasing so much easier when you have the owners undivided attention. And you don’t have to try out a bed someone else was just in. I’ve bought two beds from Shawn and it’s been the best sales experience I’ve had. Delivered on time and much faster than I thought I’d get my mattresses. I even ordered a custom fit mattress for my camper. Both were super affordable and are really nice mattresses. I won’t go anywhere else for my mattresses from now on.

Called Shawn and told him what we needed. We moved to a bigger house and the kids needed all new beds. We ended up buying 4 mattresses and 3 bed frames and could not have been more pleased with the customer service and/or experience.I had walked into other places before, just looking, and was always pressured and the salesmen just kept on talking and talking, trying to talk me into buying.This experience was very different. I told him what we were looking for and he let my wife and I sit and lay down on the beds and get a real feel for them and make our decision, without being down our throats.Hes obviously a salesman since he sells them, but hes not your nagging type and I have recommended him twice today already. Cant go wrong with their product or customer service.Thank you guys. My kids love your mattresses and love that there is less bulk in the frame from the last one.

Let me first say that the owner of Mattress by appointment is absolutely awesome and this is not a reflection of him. However, the mattress that I purchased from him was absolutely horrible. I purchased it maybe 10 months ago and Im already needing a new bed. We have rotated the bed each month as indicated with the bed packaging, And it still has broken down so much that we are almost laying directly on the springs.

I came from Dallas to drop two students at Missouri State University...it was late and we were desperately looking for two mattresses... cashed every where without any success...Called Shawn at Mattressess by appointment and he gave us the best deal...very friendly and we were on our way with two mattresses within 15 min...our students were able to sleep on mattress ...Awesome !!!!

This place was a joke, the sales man was arrogant and we could tell he had no interest in the customers. He just kept staring at his phone like we did not matter. But insisted that he had the best prices on mattresses. The mattresses that we called a head for were worse than something youd see in a camper.

We actually did come in and speak to you. You obviously would have no record of the name listed on my email to identify that it wasnt us. We set an appointment with your wife then came in and spoke to you. You was Condicending and didnt like that we didnt want to buy the mattress from you. You had herd us speaking between ourselves that we wanted to look elsewhere and shoved in how no one has prices like you or In stock like you, that maybe if we didnt want to pay your prices we needed to downsize our option. so we left. We found a better bed for a better price and they was in stock. My review STANDS!

The person that runs this store is an absolute scam artist. They have multiple profiles set up on Facebook advertising nice mattresses for very cheap prices. Then when you get to the store the mattress that matches the price is less quality than your cheap motels. Will be turning into the better business bureau.

Mattress by appointment is a very professional and friendly environment. They worked with me on when I could come and look at their inventory. My schedule is crazy and wouldn’t make it on time during regular business hours and Shawn met up with my after hours and have me details as to what the different prices and mattresses they had. I have just recently moved back to Springfield and moved into a new home and was needing a new mattress set since mine was water damaged in a storage unit. I found Angie and Shawn Cranford on Facebook, immediately from the Advertisement i thought my prayers were answered. Besides a bed, I am currently furnishing a complete house on a limited budget. I was informed that no credit check or just 50 dollars down would get what i needed. I scheduled an appt and was told to fill out an application on line. I went thru the application process and was denied based on the fact of my current rental history and my employment and banking. Even with a secure form of income from my disability automatically deposited every month into my acct. i was denied. The other info they had gathered to deny me would have shown up on any reporting credit bureau agencies. Im posting this so no one else believes or takes valuable time investing into something that isnt what the public is shown to believe.
