She stayed over, including on holiday and even came in to be there for our closing and final walk through, putting herself aside. To stress the impact Terisa made on our choice and life, no words can explain. Thanks to this wonderful lady, we found our dream home and she helped make that dream come true. She deserves a raise and recognition beyond compare!

They have slot of beautiful homes but the prices are ridiculous.

Trailers arent what they used to b. They were gorgeous inside. For the money Id rather have a modular. A couple of the ones out front were 165,000 and up.

After looking into a mobile home sold by clayton homes .The tew home had multiple problemsLeaking roof and multiple Electrical problems .I referred the home owner to a local Electric contractor in Nixa that would not over charge them and that would do a good job .

Cant afford new they have used good condition homes available... I ended up buying used but where I put it, has placed 10 brand new clayton homes. No one buys that many if they werent Good!!!

We bought a brand new home in 2014. Supposed to be the nicest they offer. I would never recommend to anyone. We have had one thing after another and they do not stand behind their homes. My air conditioning has not worked since we moved in. Every summer we have to call. Now are being told since we bought the insurance we need to use it even tho it has NEVER WORKED a full summer. Have had the insurance send out 2 different companies and they stated the unit is not big enough for the home, and there are not enough ducts and nothing about the system was done right. Our cabinets were not what we ordered. Justin did try to make up for that. However, the ones in our home are falling apart. The counter tops are coming up and the tile edging are falling off. We have no cabinet pulls left on because they are so cheap they snapped off in the first 6 months. One drawer in the kitchen has completely snapped out at the seams, and two cabinets are split down the middle. When you use an electrical outlet they fall out of the wall. I dont have a straight light switch in the whole 2400 sq ft. 139,000 dollar home and you cannot tell it. Buyers beware!!!

Real happy I chose Clayton homes for my families new home.

Kitchen cabinets were made of paper. Started peeling within first month of new home. Was told because our hands were wet. This is a rediculas defense for their product. Replaced some doors for it to happen again. Then years later again fed up with the condition of my 5 year old cabinets and said I could pick some up if they had them. Awful product. I want cabinets that wont peel and until I get that I will tell everyone I can not to buy Clayton. Also air unit cracked and leaked causing thousands in damage in the first 5 years. They need to make this right. Im litterly going to have to remodel a 5 year old kitchen. ImI not happy!

Listen to the lady a few reviews down. You guys are in awe with what you see now. I wish i could post pics for this review. Years down the line you will have issues. This week i decided to get new siding. Nothing to do with clayton homes i just wanted new siding. As they are pulling off the siding we see unbelievable mistakes. Bet clayton thought we wouldnt replace our siding. They literally didnt have enough plywood or whatever you call it to finish and left holes in half the house and one huge hole is covered with shingles. Shingles under siding on the side of the house. I have pictures. If you run out of materials you buy more you dont just go looking in your truck for stuff. This is a part of the house that we have never touched until now. Oh and clayton also convinced us to get a basement and it has leaked bad since day 1. They never did it right. We cant even use it.

Drew the salesman was a nice enough guy, however my parents bought a home from them and it was set and needs a ton of work and no one has showed up to finish, Im afraid this wont be my parents last home if it even last a year. The roof is not right, many gaps in the shingles, the siding is coming off the doors are uneven thats just a start for the outside. On the inside the floors are bubbled, the main wall is rock and its far from straight. The seam that goes down the middle of the home is gapped and not even centered, yes they missed all marks on this home. I feel my parents got taken advantage of on this sale. I wish I could add pictures ppl would be shocked to see what they call the end of a good sale. My parents worked a lot of years to afford a new home Thanks Clayton for totally screwing my parents.

We are just moving to Missouri and went in to look at their homes. The man the was helping me was very rude and told me he would only show me a couple of the homes because we dont have the land, even though I said I was interested in land/home packages. At some point he decided I was below him and not worth his time, after which he was rude and short with me. I am astounded at how poor the customer service was, not at all what I have found Missouri people to be.

We stopped in there today and I felt that the sales rep was rude! The first thing he asked me was about or land and if we had any money... I wouldnt be looking if I did not have the income I needed.( I realize some just stop and look and waste their time but that is not me.) When we was unhappy with the very few we got to look at it seemed like he got frustrated with us and left us standing in a house. That was ok to leave us but he did not ask us if we would like to look at anything else... there is at least 25 to 30 homes on the lot and we looked at 3. We left with only his card and nothing else. I will say we stopped right down the road and Sunshine homes and they were supper nice and gave me paper work to get started! I feel sorry for that man that helped us at Clayton if only he would of been nicer he could have made a sale.
