They start of telling you that if you buy between mortgage and rent it will be $700.This is the first lie.Then they promise multiple things to be done.Its been a year and half and they have never followed through.One of the things they were to fix was my yard. It is so uneven that my kids cant play safely in the yard, I cant walk with out tripping, eveytime I mow I get hit with rocks and my mower gets caked with dirt.There is a tree that is termite infested that they refuse to take care of.There are constant water outages and power outages.Like today 6pm water is off. No call no text. They said they would inform us before this happens.I cant wash clothes, cook supper, give my kids water to drink or baths.There also was a park wide vandalism and crime spree.Multiple cars were broken into, windows smashed, and other property damaged.They have done nothing to provide a safe environment.There after hour emergency number is a joke.No answers and they never get back to you.This place is after your money.They dont care about you, your safety, or your family.

Drive slow. Hope you dont have a low rider car because the horrible speed bumps in this park will tear up your shocks and struts. I dont live here thank God but when I drop and pick up our son once or twice a week I refuse to drive all the way through now.

Too high to live there n rude people who run the park

Zach is an outstanding example of recognizing people and opportunities not to be passed by. In not only selling a home but also selling business opportunities to someone that may or may not be looking for one. And they have outstanding homes available and a choice of lots and locations. It would be and outstanding opportunity for a great place to live and grow a thriving business. Great personnel also round out the staff.

Very nice community. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and no issue has ever been addressed that hasnt been readily resolved. I feel very safe here and its nice and quiet. I highly recommend Oakwood Estates for anyone looking into a manufactured home community.

Zach sold us our place and he made purchases so easy. Even with our bad credit we got approved and the community is improving with new homes everyday

My wife and I were just cruising around and checking out garage sales going on in that community and noticed how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Clean and manicured front lawns.Nice place to call home.

The place never calls back. Didn’t have the decency to tell me we weren’t approved. We pointed out a couple things on a place we gonna buy and we had the money ready and all. Then we find out the made a new description of the place with a higher price and included the things we pointed out that weren’t in the previous description. Also upped the price and couldn’t even tell us or call us back. Very unprofessional place of business.

Its nice and clean. Yards are fairly well sized. Some newer and older homes. Some with and without carports. Sheads are a bit small but you can bring in your own. Your allowed a pool but a small one that can be dumped every day. Management and maintenance people are friendly and helpful.

Its a nice place. I have a family member who lives there. Some of the speed bumps are to high

Landlord names Tom at this place tore up my Plumbing causing it to leak and then charged me for the leak.Absolutely would not suggest this place

Oakwood is a safe, quiet & family friendly place to live. I absolutely love it here!!!! Nice neighbors, no drama, no crime. The best!!!

Eh.We’ve had a fallen tree in our back yard since May 22nd. The same tree that was close to hitting my moms room.They said they’d refit our front door and never did.But let’s see how long until they call my mom or her roommate to tell me to either come to the office or for them to tell me to take this review down, AGAIN.

I have lived in oakwood estates for about 5 years the staff is excellent its a very nice place to live a big thanks to tom, carol, heather, Cory and Kevin for everything u guys have accomplished. Deidre Dodd and rob dougherty

Speed bumps to talk, furniture under carports. Poor lighting on roadways, when it snows, roads are never plowed but yet they have trucks with plows on them.All in all, not worth half star. I can see why people moving out of that park.

The people whom live here and traffic in general drive too fast. They do not enforce any of their rules and regulations. Alot of the people are very disrespectable to the neighbors. Drivers run stop signs like they are not even there. It is ashame. Alot of the lighting does not work. The mail box,s alot of them look like hell.

Live here and its not the best. They are working on it, but still have issues with the people who work in the office.

Under new management, they tell you one thing than it changes later..no one takes responsibility and have someone check your pipes and drains before you buy!
