I really dont like leaving negative reviews. However, when I have been misled or taken advantage of I will. My college age student daughter needed some wiper blades. $100 for wiper blades for a college student is a lot. So we went with some that had a rebate. We mailed it in and were declined because the maximum number of claims had been reached. Then why were the signs still up. I feel that they are dishonest and misleading.
So i typically dont shop here but my last visit dramatically changed that. I was welcomed as i walked in. I was then helped with competence and then when there was an issue it was handled quickly and with me in mind. I will be bringing my business to this store from now on.
Great experience. Broke down just a little ways away, needed a fuel pump and they were able to run it to me asap. Super grateful and happy with my experience.

There were 2 young gentlemen working and neither one was very knowledgeable of my car. I found out the part I was looking for is married to another part and you have to change both. Even the store computer just said that the part was not available. Sad
Went in to buy some Def fluid for my truck. I had my 2 yr old and newborn with me and the worker (wish I had his name) was quick to offer his help with putting it in my truck, since he could see I had my hands full with kids. Its those little things in life that really make a difference.
Super helpful!I had a wiper blade that broke while I was here from out of town. I called over to see if they could find out which wiper blade it was and Dean looked my information up in the computer system. I was prepared to just have to buy the blade at nearly $30, but with Deans help and a phone call to the original out of state store where I bought it, Dean was able to bring up the transaction, find the blade was in stock and told me to come over whenever I could.Several hours later when I got there, I was assisted with the blade by another gentleman who was expecting me, between him and the manager they were able to honor the manufacturer warranty, put the blade on my car for me and I was safe to drive again.I must be jaded as I never would expect this kind of service anywhere, it was above and beyond in my opinion and will make Advanced Auto Parts the first place I look at in the future.

First time I showed up at this location it was about 10 minutes to closing and I just needed a quick part in order for my truck to actually run tomorrow. When I pulled up to the front of the building the guy came out from around the counter turned off the open sign and locked the door. That was pretty frustrating. However the second time that I arrived at this location the gentleman that was there was not the same gentleman and he was very helpful. Based off of the first time and that other employee I didnt feel like returning to this location. But the second employee I wish I would have got his name because he is responsible for me giving this place another chance. Not a bad spot though just one bad apple somewhere in that mix.
Great customer service, especially during the pandemic. The staff are very helpful. All I had to do was pull up to the curb, call their store number, tell them what I was looking for, they gave me 2 recommendations as well as the prices, they rung up my order, brought my purchases out to my parked vehicle and installed them per the instructions. I literally had to do nothing but sit and pay. They have my business.

Response to the owner: Thank you, I did get the right part by going to a different place. The biggest issue is your entire companys unwillingness to honor warranties on any parts. Theres always an excuse to deny the claims. That needs to be fixed.The employees are nice and very customer service oriented. However, theyve looked up and given me the wrong part on a few occasions. Also, good luck getting the company to honor any type of warranty. They look for every excuse to not replace any parts they sell you. I personally prefer Autozone.
I absolutely love Advanced Auto Parts and this location is always one of the best when I visit. I mainly shop for supplies to do oil changes in my motorcycle, its super convenient over driving across town to a motorcycle specialist, always have what I need and dispose of the old oil too. The free loaner tool program has been a life saver as well and the staff could not be more helpful. The order online option is great as well so you can just run in and grab your stuff and go.

These guys were so awesome, they went above and beyond to help me out. Even when I accidentally locked my key in the car they offered and drove all the way to my house to get a spare. Very friendly and great service!
Never go here. This is the worst customer service i have ever received. the guy treated me like i was completely stupid. He treated me like a child. He spoke rudely to me. He was the opposite of helpful. The amount of disrespect i received was unbelievable. Go anywhere else. this place sucks.

Theyre great at answering the phones and helping go beyond expectations inside. I was a loyal Autozone customer, and I still like autozone, but this is closer and Ive received a lot better care and customer service here. Dont be afraid to make the switch- these guys even have a better rewards program (if youre like me and go there every weekend you love those free rewards) and they dont spam your inbox like other places do. I hope the quality of service continues, for now theyve sure done a fantastic job!
