Ordered parts for a 64 falcon, need assistance with parts not fitting, no customer service available! No phone message system to leave a message, no reply from e-mails, no way to leave a number other than e-mail.I have even called surrounding businesses to ask if everything was ok in the area ( natural disaster) but nobody answers the phone apparently in Utah !Thanks for the quick response and the fact that I cannot return the parts i ordered and leaving me out to dry with my customers car torn apart with no parts available.

Cant get a hold of customer service. Noone answers the phone. They choose when to answer emails. Sent wrong parts for our 73 formula 400. Still dont have the right parts. Emailed them back asking for them to call us since we cant get a hold of anyone. No response. At this point just give me back our money. Cant move on with my rebuild until we get the right bushings. Terrible service.You never sent me emails offering me a paid envelope or anything. We ordered a full kit from you why would only the bushings not fit??? The bushings u sent with the kit werent even labeled! I tried explaining this through email. Every other part was labeled with a number. People are human and miatakes can be made. The whole kit should fit together! You have not responded at all to my last email from over 3 weeks ago. Sad, i can get a response if u leave a negative review.

Fit great. Im the worlds worst at ordering the wrong parts. Their website made it easy to confidently order my parts.
