We had nothing but positive experiences with Scott and the whole team at Elite. One of the things that stuck out the most was the communication. Scott was very prompt and thorough. There were inevitable delays because of Covid but Scott did his best to push things along and went above and beyond to make sure we got our home as soon as possible. What also spoke volumes of Scott’s attention to detail are the crews he recommends to work on the home. Each person was organized and kind. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and Scott. He and Elite Housing comes highly recommended in our book.Also, having received our home and living in it. We still receive such great service from Elite. If we have a question etc. we still get attended to quickly and followed up with always.

Havent really spent only one time so far visiting and talking to a couple salesmen. So far they seem to be knowledgeable and honest. The Home u went through are very well designed.

Although a LONG process no fault of Elite we couldnt be happier with our beautiful home and the service we were provided. Scott and Darrel were fantastic to work with. I knew nothing about buying a new mobile home but they were there every step of the way, answering all questions and addressing our concerns quickly. Trying to get us in our home as quickly as possible. Most of their set up crews did great work and very professional. If I was to buy another home I would definitely go back there. Scott was great to work with! He was professional, quick in getting information and making things happen with the Barrington company. He followed through every step we took and always followed up with us, always being willing to help however he could. He has high quality product and a variety of choices. My wife and I purchased a home from Elite housing. It was a trying time with the impacts of covid 19 so to say the process was stressful and overwhelming would be an understatement. However Elite housing handled the issues as professionaly and quickly as they could. Every problem that came up that was in there hands was handled immediately. Given the circumstances of my situation I would say that Elite Housing and more specifically Darrell Mecham, gave me the best experience in the process that he could. Appreciated the options to make the house we wanted. The construction crews he has set up relationships with were good and efficient. Great way to fast track a house and still have similar options as new construction. Make sure you know what you want for options and colors before you sit down to order.

Darrell and Charlie are great to work with. We ordered a single-wide home in spring of 2019 to use as a rental unit. Darrell was very knowledgeable and steered us to the desirable upgrades with renters in mind. The home was delivered and occupied in short order. We loved the upgrades like, energy saver package, dry wall interior, hardwood cabinets throughout and metal roof. Home maintenance is a breeze. 1 year later we ordered a second unit. The fact that we are repeat customers, pretty well speaks for itself!Next is VALUE... we actually live 300 miles south in San Juan county, Utah. We shopped around the 4-corners area and could not find a better price, for this quality of home. We highly recommend Elite housing!

Elite housing was amazing to work with: From the time we were greeted by Charlie, to the time we were closing on our home, Darrell and the team were with us every step of the way. Our home took a year to close because of building codes and requirements in our county. Permit after permit, Darrell had a list of resources to help us meet those requirements. Elite Housing in Springville, Utah is the premier supplier of quality manufactured homes. Their support group including setup, interior repair service, and air condition installer are the finest individuals available. I have purchased two homes from them and would recommend Elite homes to anyone.

If I could give it a zero I would. This place is a total ripoff. I went with my friend to order a home for myself and my mother and we are both elderly. They told me my home would be ready in November and when I called to find out how it was going they told me it would not be ready until February. They knew we did not have a place to live until November, and then they said it would not be ready until February. They did not even bother to get ahold of me. I only found this out when I called them. Then they told me I had to give them $9000.00 to cancel. Before that when I was in their office they told me it would be $2000.00 to cancel. I am getting ahold of Gephardt and whatever I have to do to help someone else. I believe they totally took advantage of myself and my mother My friend is writing this for me because I am not real good on the computer.

Going into Elite, I had already done an extensive amount of research and shopping and knew what I was looking for and the price range I needed to land. Initially, I was greeted by Charlie, who was excellent. He showed me the homes on the lot and gave me information and some pricing. Darrel, picked up from where Charlie had left off when I came back and helped take us to the next step and beyond. Their prices are FAR better than anywhere else in the state and the way Darrel does the financing is a huge and wonderful help for his buyers. One thing to note about Darrel, is that he can sometimes come across harsh or non caring, but I know he is not that way in heart after working with him for 6 months. Give Elite homes a chance even if your first impression might not have been the greatest. The people he has do the prep-work and finishing do a good job too. We purchased a Marlette Home and a large Dreams Carport Garage from him and are very happy with it all. Was it a perfect experience? no, Was it a better experience than what I could have had elsewhere? probably, Was it an experience that I regret having? no, Would I recommend others to have a go with Elite Homes in Springville, Ut.? Yes I would.

He wouldnt show us the home because it was wet outside and besides, its $189K. As if we couldnt afford the home so he would not give us the time of day. He didnt even want to show us the floor plan or answer our questions. Were buying our mountain retreat, but we definitely wont be coming back to Elite homes for it.

The guys at Elite Housing are a breath of fresh air when it comes to buying a manufactured home. We were about to give up on the idea because of the terrible experiences we were having with other retailers, until we found Elite. They made the whole process so simple and took every worry and hassle away. They even made the arrangements for our foundation. The home was place on the foundation within four weeks of our order date - incredible! Dont waste your time with the others, Elite Housing is the best!

After shopping around at other manufactured home dealers in the SLC area, which were all bad experiences, my Wife & I were so glad we stopped by Elite Housing, Darrell Mecham was wonderful to deal with, and so helpful and knowledgeable. We own a lot in Manila, UT and wanted to buy a manufactured home to place on it. Darrell helped us through the whole process. We are completely satisfied with the final result and would whole heartily recommend anyone looking for a great deal & experience to purchase from Elite Housing, you wont be disappointed !!!!

First time I have ever been blown off, I am buying a house for my mother, and she wanted something simple. This was going to be my 5th investment into purchasing a property, they guy who attended us seemed to be the owner, and my mother wanted to look at the cabin which was 189k, quite cheap if you ask me, an 18 year old making 35k can afford that. He told me it was too expensive, assuming my income, I rather purchase at Summit Creek, even if properties are over 800k. This disgusting man wont receive my business.

Just FYI, theres almost nowhere in utah to put a manufactured home. Nice people, would be good if they help you get a lot.
