Love the home we bought; cannot say the same for the post-sale customer service. We had a cabinet tear loose from the wall in the kitchen three months after we moved in, have called several times it has now been eight months and the cabinet is still not fixed. Pretty poor response time when the home is supposedly still under warranty......Two months down the road and the cabinet is still hanging away from the wall - unusable real estate in my kitchen. Got a call from Champion homes shortly after I posted the first part of the review with promises well have it fixed before the holidays. This was in early December. Today is the beginning of February - guess I should have verified WHICH Holidays we were referring to???We still cannot properly secure the patio door. Champion indicated that was a problem that needed to be fixed by Luxury Homes since they installed it after the home arrived. Again, we have contacted Gary at Luxury Homes but to no avail. I dont know if they are trying to push me off until March when the first year warranty expires or what, but right now I am not happy with either Champion nor Luxury Homes. Pretty poor customer service.I will continue to update until the happy day I am able to report the issues are fixed.

Gary was great to work with and made the process very easy for us, He takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting and are satisfied with your home.We have really enjoyed the quality and efficiency of the home, and with so many options you can truly get the home you want at a great price.A very Happy Customer!

Dont bother trying to call them. If you do...every time you dial their number it will say, Your party is unavailable and then the line will just hang up on you. So..the company has at least two different address both list the same number...so good luck on guessing which is the right one you need.
