Good place to go if your looking for a car lot that doesn’t run your credit But customer service to me wasn’t good at all. I got a car from them this month(August) and within a couple of days I had a issues with the vehicle, so I decided to turn the vehicle back in...when I did take it back they had no concern as far as to why I was turning the vehicle back in or try to see if we could work out something to make sure their customer was happy. SO I DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Down payment and total was different from what I Initially agreed to, but reasonable for a dealership that doesn’t require credit. Miguel gave me no bs, no hassle, and straight to the point, unlike other dealerships that I’d visited prior to. They at least deserve a visit. They’ll work something out for pretty much anyone.

I am very disappointed with the fact that I was lied to when looking at a vehicle. They pretended to not know the vehicles history. They Were trying to sell me a flooded car with salvage rebuilt title for the price of a clean car. When asked about Car fax they said that YOU the customer should buy it to find out. Most people probably can’t afford to buy it or are ignorant to it. At this point I’m worried about my Identification and hoping they don’t scam me.

Was told the car I was interested in was 16000 dollars and had to make at least a 400 dollar a month payment. I told them that I didnt even like the car and wanted to keep looking. The brakes on the car I test drove didnt work properly and the interior was rough for a car that was only a few years old. I told them this and the boss (I never got his name) treated me as if I was some dumb little girl. He told me thats what you get when you shop for used cars and that I should try some other place. That is exactly what I will do. They were not good salespeople nor did they treat me with the respect I deserve. I look young and am used to people treating me like a child which I am not. My car is ten years old with high milage but still runs better than the cars I test drove.

Don’t buy from here! Mike is the owner and he has a very nasty attitude! Got a car from here, was on time with all my payments, was in the hospital for over a week so I missed a payment but was only a week late. He repossessed my car and refused to take my payment unless I pay the regular payment and $560+ for a repo fee! I will never buy from him again!!!! I can see why none of his staff stays there long. The only staff he keeps is the ones that are here illegally and can’t go anywhere else to work!

My boyfriend was interested in a vehicle and when asking about the car fax the question was dodged completely, the salesmen lied to our faces about its history. He Also tried raising the advertised price during negotiation. Wanted to get payment before we could get the car fax information in order to pull a fast one on us. Luckily we have ties with people in the car business who checked it for us. BE WARY OF THE VEHICLES. Especially the 95 Lexus SC 300.... When still willing to take vehicle at a much cheaper price he insisted that we part ways in order to take advantage of another person who can’t afford to pay for a car fax report.

I have been with Chase Motors Inc for about 15 years and i have bought several cars and SUVs and they are very good cars. I have not had a problem with them. I would recommend all my friends and family here.

Terrible Experience. The salesman quoted me a price so I made all of the arrangements and I went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. The salesman was not in so I met with the owner and he tried to raise the price and renegotiate the entire deal so I got up and walked out because if this is the way they do business then no telling what else they cover up.In the end, the crooked owner actually did me a favor. I found a better vehicle at a reputable dealer at a better value. STAY AWAY.

Miguel the salesman is a very kind perso . However the owner who calls himself Mike is the worst. When making payments you can only pay him or use drop box. Questions? You can only ask him and he is only in the office until 1pm. Before you buy from here you better check the vin#. My vehicle had electrical problems 6 weeks after purchase. I took it to Lexus and was told there was something in the engine. Called Mike who did exploratory work with 2 different shops because his mechanic did not work on hybrids I was without my car for two whole months and lost income since I do rideshare (I had a loaner vehicle but it did not meet the requirements for rideshare). When I finally got the car back things that were working before were not working like the windows.Buyer beware

I had a very poor customer experience. I am still awaiting my title, which the company said they filed on February 13. Each week I have called and been told it will take six weeks which I know to be false. An inquiry was performed on the title status, and it showed that the paperwork was not filed. I spoke with the owner, Pete, and after I tried to obtain information on the paperwork he filed, he hung up on me without providing the information I inquired about. I will report the company to the BBB. Do not buy a vehicle from this establishment.

Margo was great, however he should leave this company and work for someone who is not a theft. Be extremely careful when dealing cash with these people. I made a cash offer that was turned down, when the cash was returned from there financial manager money was missing. Like I was not going to count 10K after it left my hands. The guy walked in to push me into a deal as I was counting the cash and said under is breath Hes counting it. I was short and needed to recount it, by the time I had counted it again this same guy had gone back to his office and called to say he found cash laying on the floor. I found this gentlemen extremely rude to Margo and created an very awkward energy in the room every time he entered. I would happily buy from Margo again but never if he worked for this company!!

The car described in the pictures was of another vehicle. The car that I saw on the lot had a severely cracked windshield, body paint was cracked, and even the rims were chipped. In the pictures online, however, did not have any of those visible. Wasted my time and gas to come see this shady car dealership. Would definitely NOT recommend coming here.
