We (my husband and I and our two teen boys) walked in the store 15 minutes before closing. Devlon was there and greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. He had been there since 10am and it was now 7:45 pm. We were being conscientious of the time, but he said not to worry. We only wanted to tryout the purple mattress after hearing all the hype about it. His knowledge, care, patience and service were excellent. We ended up walking out at 9:15 pm having bought 2 purple mattresses. I cannot recommend Devlon enough. Excellent experience!

If you’re ever in need of a mattress go to the Mattress Firm’s in Stafford City’s Fountains location. I cannot say enough about the service that I received from everyone there. Devlon and Parish went above and beyond my expectations when I had a problem with my frame because the bed has been moved for remodeling. If they did not have a answer to my problem they sometimes made an effort to find an answer for me. Even if meant that they stayed well after closing time to accommodate me.Also I can’t say enough about the quality of sleep I have been enjoying with my Temperphidec adjustable bed.

My husband and I visited Mattress Firm in the Fountains. We have purchased a mattress here before, and were very pleased with the excellent customer service given to us by the salesman. Saying that, it was no question that we would purchase from the store again.I walked in and told the salesman about the ad I saw for the 4th of July sale. He immediately went online to find what I was talking about, and found it. I appreciated him not wasting time to try and sell me anything else, but honored my request.There were 2 salesmen in the store, and I must say they are an asset to the Mattress Firm sales team.

Staff was extremely helpful so much so I was able to conduct purchasing a new mattress and face over the phone!

4 years ago we purchased a mattress online. It worked out fairly well in the beginning but recently we knew we had to replace it. We went into the store to maybe get an idea of what bed we should order or purchase. Larry helped us patiently with letting us take our time. He was very informative about the differences of each bed. I had back surgery years ago so my spinal cord is really sensitive when Im in a position for any good amount of time. He was so helpful, polite and informative that we ended up with a tempur pedic! Delivery came early (had to wait since we got a California king which isnt standard stock really anywhere) and Larry was quick to communicate with us so we could be ready for set up. The delivery went so well, fast and they where very careful with our poster bed. I appreciate that they kept their masks on and they where polite and efficient! We went to this Matress Firm for a second bed for our Guest room a few weeks after a new Stearns/ Foster for our master Bedroom. We were greeted by the same two sales reps, Jared and Devion. Both are friendly and professional. We got a great price but it was nice that they remembered us. I recommend Matress Firm and especially at this location.

I had probably the easiest experience you could have buying a new mattress for the first time. So I came today and really loved and appreciated the help of Devlon! I’ve never bought a mattress myself so it was my first experience ever coming into a store like this buying a mattress. He made it really simple and easy to find the right fit for me and my needs. Both comfort wise and financial wise. Really knowledgeable and a good listener..I didn’t really feel like I was being sold just anything or like a sale just trying to get my money. He made me feel Really comfortable and listened to my needs and was patient with me. Something most people don’t have lol. I’m really picky and indecisive. Yet I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me into buying something and just picking something quick. According to my mom we where there for 3hrs lol. I went to Mattress Firm to buy my first mattress and of course I was nervous about making a decision and spending a lot of money. Raul greeted my mother and I as soon as we walked in and took great care of us, even offered us refreshments. What I appreciated about Raul was that he was knowledgable about the product he was selling and he didnt make me feel pressured to buy like a typical salesman would. He built rapport with us and made us feel right at home. If I had to do it all over again I would be sure to go back and see Raul.

Overall terrible experience with the mattress I purchased, was given a temporary mattress until the one I was originally sold would arrive, employee there never even bothered to be honest about Mattress not being available. Kept giving me the run around, and then after never getting what I purchased they had the nerve to charge me a Re stocking fee for returning something I didnt want from the first place

It has been a long time since weve purchased a mattress so I was hesitant about dealing with a salesperson, but dealing with Fabian was a pleasure. When my family walked in he greeted us and explained the store and how it was laid out. We then explained what we were looking for and he took us right to the area to show us what was available. He explained the different spring types and the quality differences from the least expensive to the most expensive. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with more info that I didnt even think to ask. We left to check other places, but returned later that evening and completed the deal. We got a great deal on the mattress and box springs plus he was able to throw in a mattress cover. I would have no qualms shopping at this location again.
