I went in here today and the customer service was A1. Stephanie went above and beyond for me. My current glasses the screw was coming out. She replaced the screw and tightened my glasses so they would stop falling off my face. Brandy was so nice and she helped me with getting financing on my new glasses. The ladies were so nice, happy, professional and helpful.

I went to this location about 2 months ago (end of June). I’m a new/first time customer, my mom advised me to check out this place and I’m glad that I did. The environment was very friendly and professional. Brandi & Anaili were the two ladies that helped me. This place is highly recommended if you want affordable glasses & contacts.

I went in on Saturday i had only had my Rx about 32 days well my contacts were not working my vision was blurred my eyes were hurting and the contacts was not doing the job. .I come in and she tells me in 2 days over my 30 days she cant take my contacts back but will do a new contact exam and maybe my rx changed, Well it did R eye got worse . The assistant told me she would order me new contacts a 12 week trial and they will be in in about a week. At first she said their was nothing they could do i paid like 283 for contacts and glasses. But in the end she assisted w new contacts for 6 months i thank her and appreciated the service i was given. She asked me to leave a review and i am she never gave me her name i called customer service and her name is ANALI . Thank you for great service and care . Eyelab you are the win for me .

Should be zero stars! This location has a completely new staff from when they opened 2 years ago. They use virtual eye doctors which provide inaccurate prescriptions. The sales team will sell you a much higher priced product and not provide other options. If you have an issue here good luck! They dont know their own policies and the manager Stephanie gets an attitude when dealing with an order problem. You will pay for a prescription regardless if it is right or wrong! Better off going to anywhere else. The order was refunded however, the entire experience was extremely grotesque!

I appreciate the staff Brandi, Gabby, Stephanie and Jason from West Oaks. They were all knowledgeable about their eye service and product line. They collaborated with each other and performed like a team. They went the extra mile in assisting me with my special eyewear prescription needs. It was my first experience with them but it wont be my last time to come to this location and get eyewear and exam services.

I appreciated the customer service and the COVID-19 precautions. They took your temperature at the door. The eyeglasses that are available for the promotions they are offering, are very slim. Only one little wall to choose 2 pairs of glasses. I feel that needs more variety.

This specific Eyelab store is really the place to go for your eyeglass needs. The employees are very caring and perform with excellence to meet your needs to the best of their ability. This one smart lady there (Lisa) is so knowledgeable and really gifted in customer care. I truly recommend this specific store for your eyeglass needs. Please stay away from this location. I had the most horrible experience. After WEEKS of getting the run around, I finally requested a refund. A two week guarantee turned into 4 weeks of nothing. They are so unprofessional Instead of telling the truth, they lied each time I called. They gave me different dates each time I called it or they were clueless about my order. I dont know who the manager is but your staff needs some training. It was just an upsetting experience all around. Please do better!

The customer service was very nice. When they realized they made a mistake in understanding my insurance and they were out of network, they honored all my insurance term and they gave me huge discount on top of that. They went out of their way to make sure I was treated properly. I picked two very good frames (one for regular work and another one sun glass for driving) for very cheap price. Very very good collection and good customer service.

Inaccurate hours posted on google which I sent photo to update. Also, employee refused to give a replacement nosepiece to fix glasses on own. After waiting 30 min for location to open since hours listed were wrong, not super impressed. Location in Katy is awesome. Unfortunately I was in this area and this was the closest one.

Honestly? Terrible experience. The customer service was lacking. It felt more robotic than genuine. During my first visit, when I went into the back, one of the employees was being rude to his own coworker. I witnessed the rude coworker push aside the learning employee and all I could think to myself was really? hes obviously learning why are you being rude. But the experience doesnt end there. When I came back to pick up my glasses, I couldnt help but feel callous. After I explained the reason for my visit, the employee handed me my glasses. I figured it would be like my previous experiences at other eye doctor visits; however, I couldnt have been more wrong than I was today. The guy who gave me my glasses not once told me to have a seat or to try on my glasses. What if my glasses were too tight or too loose. I didnt receive a cleaning cloth for my glasses. The case is something my 2-year old can make in an arts and crafts class. How can this possibly protect my glasses from any damage? Oh and by the way, the 2 for $59.95 plus free eye exam is a joke and the buy one get one free has hidden fees. This was my first and last visit.

Professional and handled all the distancing issues well with space and video conferencing. My eyes have some special issues so a little bit more than normal but they helped me with that and the frames were solid as well.

This place sucks employees are lazy and they close store 5 min before the closing time. I showed up to pick my glasses at 5:55 pm since their website said closing time is 7 pm. When I’m at the front door at 5:55 pm the lady was locking the door pointing to a print out sign where they have revised time of 6 Pm.She had no courtesy of speaking. I just wanted to pick my glasses up it would have taken only 2 min.Avoid the place.

My experience here was very lovely. The employees were very attentive and helpful . They attended to my questions with the upmost patience.

I will try and make this long story short. First off, If I could give a zero, I would. I got an exam done here but took my prescription to another store because I was saving $90 going there. I get my glasses 3 days later and couldn’t see with them on and got really dizzy. Think that guy messed them up, I go back to Eyelab because they have a machine that can tell you what the prescription are. They were the right prescription that eyelab gave me. My exam was done by a doctor using skype or something similar. Crazy! So they had a doctor onsite that day so they gave me another exam. This time it was completely different from the first exam. She said she dont know what happened. No biggy right! Nope! They wouldnt accept responsibility for their mistake and made me pay to get the prescription I needed. I was in shock! That sales person Lisa would be gone if I owned that place! She should have gave me the glasses for free. On top of that, she tried to get me to pay in cash saying she had a friend that could get me the glasses in 3 days instead of 7-10 days. What kind of salesman would cut the company she works for out! Thats Crazy! Finally got my glasses 2 weeks after their mistake. First and Last time I go here! It would be nice to get my money back but I doubt this company cares!

This place is terrible.I tried to do a walkin 3 weeks in a row and each time turned away cause they were busy. Not sure why they advertise walkins welcome.On my 4th visit there I was able to be seen. I went in seeking a prescription for contacts.There were several red flags I ignored along the way but I wanted to believe they were reputable and would come thru.The young girls who helped me, had no clue what they were doing. They were all giggly and kept checking in with each other to figure things out. I kept wondering where the doctor was since it did not look like there was one on sight. Well...thats because there is no doctor there. They put you in a room with a TV screen and you consult via monitor. The doctor was young and very disconnected. After the exam, they told me to sit and wait for results.After making me wait 30mins while they helped other customers, they finally asked me if I wanted to pick out glasses. UMMM..NO...I came in for contacts. They then tell me they only got a glass prescription and they would email the doctor. After another 15-20mins, I was informed they did not have contact trials on site and I would be called in 3-4 days to come in and try them on.Fast forward 8 days...after not hearing from them, I called to see the status of my contact trials. I was informed that there was no order and no contact prescription for me. Apparently the doctor needed more images??? Basically, I went in and accomplished nothing. The guy on the phone kept saying I was not here last week, I dont know what the girls did. I asked for a manager and he proceeded to tell me he was the manager. I told him he should be responsible for his staff & he said he was new and had just started.Total waste of time, no accountability, very unprofessional- avoid at all costs.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I had an appointment for 9:45am and was not physically seen by the doctor until 10:30. She looked at my eyes for all of 10 minutes to tell me at first I didn’t need contacts though that is what I made my appointment for in the first place. After discussing with her that I have literally worn contacts since I was at minimum 5th grade she then decided to then write me a prescription for trials. I was then told that my trials would not be in for 3 to 5 business days or more for speciality contacts. In all my years of wearing contacts, I have never not walked out with trial pairs mind you my prescription has been worse in prior years. I was also told that UPS does not deliver to them the weekends I called UPS and provided the zip code in which they stated that was false and they do deliver on Saturdays. I would not recommend this place at all. This was a last resort place and one of the worst decisions I ever made.

Bad costumer service. I called to make an appointment for my daughter while on the phone they asked me for her age. When I arrive to my appointment they tell me theresno one there for kids at the time. I said ok thats fine, they send me to the sugarland location wich is a 12 minute drive . I go to the sugarland location just for them to tell me that theres no one for kids also. I was really upset because I request to get out of work early to attend my appointment and not just that they have me driving around. Is really upsetting. Who ever does appointments needs to do a better job or atleast try to do so
