After speaking with a sales representative, I placed an order for a signal booster and antenna that was recommended by the sales rep. 10 days after I placed the order, I still had not received the order so I called to let them know I needed it before I left for vacation. They begrudging agreed to overnight the package. However, they did not overnight the package and I did not receive it in time.I had the booster installed by my dealer after I came back from vacation anyway and they told me I did not need the extra antenna recommended by the sales rep. I called SignalBoosters and was even told by a supervisor I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. I could have purchased all the products on Amazon with far less hassles. Lesson learned.
