ZERO STARS - TERRIBLE customer service. I have been using Crystal Rock for years and they have always been good. Apparently they are part of Primo water now? They delivered water to one of my locations and then came back 3 days later and took empty and the full ones! Now we have no water. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks and I stay on hold for over an hour and no one comes to the line. I have already paid for the full bottles they took. I cannot get through to anyone. I will be switching to another company.

We have dealt with many water delivery companies. Crystal Rock has been the best so far - great service and customer service.

Poor customer service since they changed my delivery driver the customer service is severely lacking. Theyre constantly suspending my account even when I just made payments. Ive never had to deal with this amount of stress from a water company. Im done, there are way better companies around, I will not put up with their nonsense anymore. Carmine who is the account manager knows that my husband worked there previously so he is constantly suspending my accountant of spite. And FYI my husband left because Carmine wouldnt give him time off after I had our youngest. Ive heard Carmine speaking with other customers and he never allowed customers to be without their products over $28. This Crystal Rock in Stamford CT has very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. I am spending hours on the phone trying to get through to someone. When I was able to speak to someone and change the amount of bottles I needed they still got it wrong. Very unhappy with this company. I will find another company

Service was great love the drivers just price increase that I didnt love. You guys got me from Poland Spring with better prices and your competitor took me away from you with better prices. Lets see if their service is good if not I may be talking to you again soon thank you

Over the years weve had a number of Companies delivering 5 gallon bottles of spring water to our house but none as good as Crystal Rock. Their Customer Service, Product and Delivery Personnel and Punctuality is the best weve witnessed! Our Route Driver, Kevin, is a fantastic guy with a great personality and is always on time!

Friendly and courteous customer service. Always willing to assist you with any problems and fix any that may arise with your account. Have been with them for several years and will continue to do so in future.

Have used them for seventeen years problem free. A few weeks ago the driver picks up the empties but leaves no new bottles, I thought he might have run out of the Vermont Pure we use and was coming back at some point. By the way, the drivers have always been fantastic! A few days go by and nothing. I call and the poor girl on the phone was so confused, she had to keep putting me on hold to try and figure it out, what she finally told me was completely off. I told her I would have my wife call back later because she does the bills. When we did call back second girl had a completely different story. The girl says we have to pay $42 before theyll bring any water, now, we have always paid in full every month! We use the water for everything, us the dogs everything, I said just pay it. We now should have a 0 balance. A few days go by and they bring six bottles, that was on July 6th 2020, fine. Great. The dogs are happy! A couple of weeks go by, CR calls and says we have a past due balance, I dont even bother to call them back, obviously it must be a mistake, I even get another message as a reminder saying make sure you leave your empty bottles out. Ok. It gets good now. Its still July, we only received six bottles. We receive a bill saying we owe a hundred and ninety something dollars!! A few days pass we get another bill saying we owe around two hundred and thirty dollars. Are these people nuts? Now were on the last bottle of water and havent heard a thing from them, no delivery, nothing. I have to find another source for the Vermont Pure, or have to settle for Poland Spring or something starting today. If you think Im the one thats nuts look up the other reviews on Yelp. I wish the Baker Brothers never sold the business to these people! One more thing, I wonder now if weve been getting ripped for awhile, hmm..They still cant get it right! Six bottles of waterand you get a bill for three hundred dollars, we call again, prove them wrong, they agree. Say they will call back, they never call back!! Still no water!! Now I notice a NY Stamp on my Vermont Pure Water!! Now I dont know where my water is coming From! What is wrong with these people?? The reason I still use them and put up with this nonsense is because I want the Vermont Pure! Now I dont know! Cara, can you at least tell us whats going on with the NY stamp? When the Bakers owned it that was never on there.

My experience with Crystal Rock has been great, the drivers, customer service everyone are super friendly, and polite. thats why Im giving 5 stars. 9/11/2020 Im updating this review and I take my words back, I wouldnt recommend this company, they dont care about the customers not one bit, it was a nightmare, they were nice before then I dont know what happened to them. awful!!

Crystal Rock has provided my family with the best service yet, compared with two other beverage delivery companies. They are always prompt, easy to do business with, and accurate with calls the night before a delivery.

Been a customer going back 20 years. Worst service ever. Cant take a deilvery change. Called 4 times. One hand doesnt know what the other;s doing. Imagine that?? Water delivery. Can it get any more simpler?? Last week they left 4 big jugs at our front door.

Fantastic product and great customer service.

They used to be a great company, never a complaint. But since they have been bought out, we have had problem after problem. I have contacted them several times and every time I think the problem was corrected, but no such luck. We are supposed to be on an automatic delivery, used to be 2x month, now once a month, but have not been receiving deliveries for over a year.

Service is usually great, but when our deliverman went on vacation we did not get any service and our calls did not help - impossible to speak to someone locally

Crystal Rock does not deliver on the services they advertise they charged me a exorbitant amount of money on a subscription to provide Seltzer which never worked they came out three times to change the machine they never figured out how to have it working do not trust them as they have zero customer satisfaction I spoke with a manager as well as multiple supervisors and collections as well as 3rd party collections they sent unreasonable Bills to as well as cancellation fees that were not disclosed they cant be trusted do not use crystal rock!!!!!!

I don’t understand how they can screw up my order every delivery!! I even ordered with the customer service rep and still didn’t get what I asked for. So either customer service didn’t get it right or the delivery guy didn’t do their job correctly. They don’t follow through when I have asked them to pick up the water I didn’t order. So beyond frustrated!!!!

Non reputable company do not trust they dont have any customer satisfaction they dont care about you at all the Reps on the phone dont care about you and just transfer you around to third parties which actually are not part of Crystal Rock there is no space for a company in the 21st century that does not have customer satisfaction
