Really poor customer service and delivery. Often rescheduled. They deliver to wrong apartments, don’t pick up empty bottles and don’t respond to inquiries. Not worth it.

I use their ready refresh delivery. It’s very convenient, good website, and I love having my favorites delivered right to my door. I’m a particular fan of the Poland spring sparkling waters, but they have a lot of other good products as well. Highly recommend.

TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SCAM COMPNY!!! EVERYONE BE AWARE!!! Cancelled my orders because I moved out of my place but did not stop the billing and continued to charge additional late fees for nothing.

After being going on two weeks, and being lied to by Poland Spring which deliver my water, and yet another day today, the water was still not delivered. Rather than think negative of the company as i had begin to think because of the constant delay in water since Poland Spring changed their name to Ready Refresh which in my opinion do not hold up to the name, because Ready means delivering water on time. I prefer the name to be called as it was Poland spring, which I still call it that name rather than the new name. Well to get to the point, I decided to call the President of the Company. With Gods blessings i was able to speak to a young lady in the President Office. What a relief, she was the most professional individual person i have spoken to within the company. I made this call on Friday, June 1st because the water had not been delivered as promised. This young lady which represent the President Office in Stamford, Ct. made me feel the company was worth still dealing with, made me feel not to drop bottles of water because of the constant delays in water delivery, assured me she was going to follow up on my account personally, and i knew she felt the the disappointment of many of the customers besides myself that has lost faith in the company based on this issue they were having, but now they are improving on coming up with a solution to get delivery back on order and this issue will be resolved. Praise Our God for a solution. I feel that all employees should take training under her and follow her as an example of definitely professional customer service of representing the company. But you know something that is truth. This is why she works at the Corporate Office and in the President Office, representing the President and the President Office and the company in a Whole. I am so thankful to God that I went by the spirit of God and use Google. Thank you God for Google. Google is a miracle!!! and i was able to get the Corporate Office and then be able to speak with this young lady in the Presidents Office. God be the Glory, and thank the Corporate Office again for this young lady representing them on a Friday, June 1, 2018 at 349pm. I only forgot to get her name, but the Presidents Office will know who i spoke to because all calls are monitored. Thank you again and now i will give a rating of 5 and a review.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WATER DELIVERY. They are positively the worst water company ever on this planet. My account with them is only two weeks old. I started service with them and they brought my two bottles. I then place an order for additional water with all types of flavor water. It was scheduled for 12/8/16. They never showed. I called they promised 12/9/16. Never showed. I called again. They promised 12/12 again they never showed. I called again. They said it would be coming on my regular delivery on 12/13. I find out this morning they cancelled my order. I would never ever recommend them for water delivery for a home or an office. I called and even spoke to supervisors and managers about the missed delivery. They were the ones who promise all these deliveries. All I can say is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. There is a lot better water companies out there who will service you much better service.

I was a customer for over 10 years and I just bought a water cooler with a filter so I no longer needed water delivery. I called to cancel my service and noticed that there was a charge for $9.99 on my bill that just reads rent, which come to find out was what they had been charging me every month for over 10 years for a cooler that I had purchased myself and was NOT renting from them. Even after they acknowledged their fault they only reimbursed me for 1 year of the false charges. I could take them to small claims court or get a lawyer involved but who has time? Theyre criminals. I own my business and if I had been charging a client $10 per month for 10 years I would have been horrified and refunded them the full amount. They made me feel like I was asking them for their first born child and reluctantly refunded me for 1 year. Do yourself, and the environment, a favor and have a plumber install a water line to a $300 cooler with a good filter, which will cost you $70/year, instead of the $50 or more per month for their bottled water. I only wish I had done it 10 years ago. Would have saved thousands of dollars and helped the environment!!

Why, when Nestlé also produces bottled water under various brand names depending on the region. These brands include Arrowhead, Calistoga (now defunct), Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, Poland Spring, and Zephyrhills. Nestlé Pure Life has been produced by Nestlé Waters North America since 2002, was I not able to transfer my deposit I paid for three 5 Gallon Poland Spring 5 gallon jugs at my local grocery store they only sell 5 gallon jugs of water in Nestle brand seeing they are the same company Nestlé Waters North America?

My family has been customers of ready refresh for almost many years. Over the past 12 months we have been billed 7 different amounts without any notification or reason for change. Keep in mind our order of 5 bottles a month has not changed. Our monthly bill is supposed to be $44.40 yet we have been charged as high as $118.09 and were just charged $91.46 this month and that is what we are scheduled to be charged next month. I have called and spoken with customer service 11 times over this time period and their continues to be a problem with the bill every month. It is out of control what theyre doing billing wise and I suggest everyone checks their credit card statement every month to see what theyre being charged.

Worst company ever to deal with. Dropped off delivery 2 weeks ago and did not take back the 4 empty bottles left outside for them. Three phone calls (45-60 minutes hold time each call) they finally returned to pick them up. Then without an order, they dropped off three more bottles 2 days later. Customer service is nonexistent. Looking for another water delivery service if anyone could recommend one. This company is the worst

The last three deliveries were rescheduled twice. Normally wouldnt mind but i need to bring in 6, 5-gallon bottles each time they reschedule because the pretty police will fine us. My guess is that they bought Triple Spring who had a great reputation, but now cant keep up with added volume! Your deliveries, billing, cooler, water filtration system and customer communications will be provided by ReadyRefresh by Nestlé®. Good luck Triple Spring customers. Going to give Culligan a try.

You should be embarrassed as a company, if I could leave zero stars I would. Habitually late with deliveries and offer no compensation to your customers who then have to go out and buy more water to get through until their “late delivery” arrives. I have been a customer for over 10yrs and ever since Nestle took over from Poland Spring/Deer Park it has been a huge disappointment. Disgusted and you should be too!!

I am absolutely disgusted with this service since it has changed over from Deer Park to Nestle. I have a handicap and the bottle delivery is supposed to be dropped at my back porch. Several times now it has been delivered to my front porch. On two occasions I spoke with a manager and each time they told me the situation would be rectified the next day. Both times the full water bottle sat on my front porch for a week before a representative arrived. At the end of the week the corrected delivery was supposed to be made and a second bottle delivery was made to the front porch. Now I have two empties waiting on the back porch and two full bottles sitting on the front porch. Agents have confirmed that my account is clearly noted for delivery to the back porch. If the delivery people are so lazy not to follow instruction they should not have the job! Nobody should be stressed over a water delivery. Now I have canceled the service and they are telling me that they wont pick up the full bottles... Their error... my problem... How does this work? Bad service and worse customer service.

Deplorable customer service. I have attempted to have deliveries made to correct location, which this company is unable to do or reply to my multiple requests, and my attempts to close account is being repeatedly ignored. Dont do business with this company.

Every month my water that is scheduled to be delivered is changed with no explanation. It’s usually once a month. Every time it’s changed it to days later that I actually get my water. I can’t understand why it’s so difficult to get my water when I requested.

I actually feel violated by this company. Have been using the service for 3 years. Every few months prices were going up, the increase wasnt great each time but after 3 years I realized I was paying over 60 bucks a month for 15 gallons of water!!!!I decided to cancel. Getting through to a real person was a pain and emails were not answered. When I finally got a live person on the phone they did not want to accept my cancelation. I was offered free cooler rental and a decent discount on water. Now I feel like theyve over charged me for years. I should have been offered a good customer incentive before I canceled.
