This is the best DD in town. I cant say enough about the staff. Everyone is super helpful, quick to attend, super friendly, and make you feel welcome. They have 2 drive through windows so you never wait too long in line. You can tell they emphasize cleanliness as they always have someone picking up and making sure everything is spotless. Also it is so spacious, plenty of places to sit and eat. Ive been to all the Donut Delight and I cant recommend this one enough. The manager and the staff there really make it a joy to come there . 5/5

I have had several terrible experiences at the Donuts Delight on Summer Street in Stamford. This last experience did it for me. They got my order wrong yesterday and did not refund the item but instead charged me extra money for an item that is typically very cheap. I did not realized what happened until I checked my bank statement the following day. When i saw that the item was not returned on my bank statement and that I was actually charged extra instead I tried to go back to get a refund. I was told that they could not do the refund because the manager needed to look into it but there was no manager actually working that day so I was told that they needed to take my name and phone number so that a manager could call me back the following day to talk to me about a refund. I am 42 years old and In all my years ordering food at different establishments I have never had to leave my name and phone number to get a refund. I have also been working retail my whole life and know that this is not typical for a running establishment to not have a manager on duty to handle complaints and refunds. I have been going to other Donuts Delights in the area for a very long time and have not had these issues. There is something not right with the management and ownership of the Donuts Delight on Summer Street.

A much better (donut shop) experience overall! Very fresh tasting lunch sandwiches, tasty pastry, soft donuts, rich coffee/tea, cleanliness, staff friendliness and efficiency. Now my go to for coffee and a quick bite! College bound daughter, agrees and appreciates the outdoor seating option. Keep up the fantastic work!!!!!

What a great local chain! Great quality here, nothing processed, and the pricing is fantastic. The Black Currant Iced Tea is awesome.

Great customer service and the food is always fresh. Try the cream cheese bacon tomato on a poppyseed bagel toasted totally brilliant. Try it out you’ll love it...:) Enjoy 🥂

My husband and I get coffees at donut delight almost every weekend. In general we like it, but, for some weird reason I get a leaking coffee cup Every Single Time! I would love if this place got some new reliable cups or we have to go somewhere else for our weekend coffee

Ive been getting my breakfast here for many years. They see me pull into the parking lot, and get my bagel toasting before I get inside. Morning staff is very friendly.

I love going here the only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because Ive been going here about 3 times around 10PM and they say they dont make any sandwiches by that time anymore. so why is it 24 hours???

Amazing store but horrible customer service in the morning though going there after 3pm is a priority. The employees there in the late afternoon are one of best people and make my whole day. Though I wish it was the same in the morning, I understand its busy the customer service difference is major. Love this place and their employees.

Best hot chocolate ever. Real chocolate and with milk. I am not going to speak about the donuts or coffee in detail but just to say that the coffee has taste without 50 grm of sugar the food it taste fresh. I am definetly done with duking donuts and Starbucks

Low prices, Solid options. Love it! I personally like the Everything bagels with tuna salad. I also like the peach lemonades, Strawberry lemonades, and Caramel Ice Latte with Coconut Milk.

The quality is quite good of the drinks and the food at this branch.

I had an issue here but the manager is very good and did what he could to resolve my problem.

I love Donut Delight normally but this donut delight can’t seem to ever get an order right. It’s really slow and they almost always have to ask you what your order was when you arrive at the window. One male employee in particular is very rude and unhelpful. They give you an attitude even you are polite and pleasant when they have made the mistake. I will definitely be driving to the Hope St or High Ridge locations in the future which are both excellent.

Best doughnuts and pastries around hands down. Staff is friendly and prompt. Location could use some more tables inside as it tends to fill up on weekend mornings, but it’s understandable as they have limited space. Parking lot is a little awkward for those who aren’t used to it, especially where it intersects with the drive-through lane. A lot of times drive-through customers block the flow of parking lot traffic, and the establishment did a good job of putting up a sign to prevent this from happening. Overall, great location and coffee shop; I come here all the time.

Dropped in for a breakfast sandwich, donut (or two) & some dark roast Java. Each were very good, fresh and available quickly. Drive-thru is available, parking is limited. Enjoy!

I’ve been to this donut delight a few times now.. for a “fast food” restaurant, it is extremely clean and the service is unbelievable. There is one guy who works there in particular who is so nice and personable. The rest of the staff seems to be in high spirits and are much nicer than your typical fast food chain employees. The food and coffee are super fresh. I’ve been to a handful of other donut delights in the area, but this one, by far, is the best one. Would prefer this over any other fast food coffee/bagel shop in the area.

This is probably the best Donut Delight in Stamford. Food quality is amazing, the workers are always so nice and kind, and the service is fast and flawless. I love it here and Ill definitely keep coming back.

Got to love the donuts. They are sooooo good. When I feel like I want a treat, Donut Delight is the place I go to. People are nice, and prices are more than fair. Yes, I am a fan.

The staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone greets you with a smile no matter the time you visit, they remember your name, and your daily order as well! No other place I’d rather get my first cup of coffee of the day!

This Donut Delight is a joke. They literally never get your order correct. When you go through the drive through by the time you get the window they have to ask you your order again because they can’t seem to do anything correctly. Today I went and handed the cashier $20 for my bill which was about $6, he proceeded to give me $4 of change back to which I told him I gave him 20 and he owed me more change. He then got into an argument with my telling me I only gave him $10. I go to all the different donut delights in Stamford and Norwalk, I never have any issues with any of them but whatever reason have an issue EVERY single time I go to this one on Summer St. I will NEVER go back here. They are incompetent and rude.

I come here often but they make lots of mistakes with the orders- about 7xs out of 10. I even started coming in to the store to avoid them making my order wrong and it still doesnt help. They are very nice and quick, but in the morning you definitely dont want to be served the wrong order when its the kickstart to your day...double toasted means double toasted and it should be dark, extra butter means it shouldnt be a dry bagel, and sausage egg and cheese means the sandwich needs a sausage patty! Maybe this review will help them tighten up on being more efficient, because its really annoying at this point.
