I was facing issue with my laptop hinge and don’t know how much it will cost to get it repaired and called so many so called computer repair services and everyone states that they need three days time to diagnose and if you want to know the issue right away you have to choose expedite service and pay $50 just to diagnose the issue. Later I found this in google with good reviews and called them and it was very good experience. Immediately they asked me to visit and provided the quote on spot and no waiting time . I punctured the display screen of my MacBook Pro. The owner was amazing he ordered me a new screen immediately had it fixed over the weekend for me to pick up the next business day. Very friendly very understanding no complaints at all would recommend 10 out of 10. It’s been five months since my screen has been fixed and there has been no issues at all works just as if I never damaged it

Bought a refurbished HP laptop. Justin is great. He installed all my old systems and files so it was easy to make the transition. He is pleasant and explains everything. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best place to take your computer. I feel like I just bought a new laptop! Justin took my old Toshiba, windows 7, Satellite 505 and did a job on it. He installed an SSD drive (replaced my chugging HDD), doubled my RAM and then when that proved successful, he upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. When I took my laptop home, the screen, icons, were are a clone of what I had, Norton, Dropbox, all there, just like he said. Speed remarkable. I didnt even need to find my internet or fool with my printers, all found. Truly seamless and very reasonably priced. This is the 2nd laptop in the family he has refurbed. I had a great all-around experience. Justin knew exactly what was wrong with my computer (a cracked housing and mounting) and exactly how to fix it. He ordered a replacement body - which he paid for on faith – and when the part came in he completed the tricky job same day. He knows a tremendous about about Macs and PCs and he is just the guy I am going to go to for my next computer problem… Although I hope I don’t see him soon.

The first time we came was great. The guy fixed our chargers and batteries and gave me his personal charger to use in the mean time.So when we had another computer issue, we went right back to him. But this time it took him months! 3 weeks to fix it the first time, part of that he said he was waiting for a part. Gave it back to us and it still wasn’t fixed. So we took it back. Another 3 weeks later the same thing. The computer is finally working again but we had to pay every time for him to basically hold onto it and not fix it. Super lame. You have to be on top of this guy.

I know enough about computers to fix most of my own computer issues. This also means I know enough to know I dont want to do that. I have brought multiple computers the PC Warehouse and they have always been very honest about what can be done and for what price. They are super genuine honest and knowledgeable people running a small business.

Excellent Service - Very Skilled. I brought my HP laptop here with a screen that was virtually hanging off the hinges. The useless staff at Staples wanted to charge me $1000 to fix the laptop, PC Warehouse did it for $200. Dont ever bring your laptop to Staples or Best Buy, just go to PC Warehouse, you will save a bundle and the guy that runs the shop is super nice.

Justin is a very capable and honest computer person. His knowledge and skills about PCs and Apple products is a head-and-shoulder above those supposed geniuses. But instead of taking advantage the average consumer like the vast majority of home-service providers and auto repairmen around here, he goes out of the way to save money for his customers.

The best computer store guy Ive ever met. My gaming PC had several problems, I brought it to 2 guys and went through 4 motherboards and 3 weeks of trial and error. After bringing it in to Justin it took him less than 1 hour of work to fix it. Best local place to bring your computer for repairs. Fair prices on everything and theyre great at diagnosing both software and hardware issues. And, if by chance they cant figure out the problem, theyll only charge a small diagnostic fee, unlike other repair shops.

These guys are the best. They do everything in house, no sending it out and passing on a huge mark up (like the big box stores). Prices are reasonable. They stand behind their work and in my experience, have always gotten things right the first time. I discovered them when I lived in Stamford. Even though I now live just outside of Southbury, CT I still travel to them when Im in need of a repair, theyre that good! The other thing is this, they are very trustworthy. No BS, double-talk or shenanigans.

They were quick, nice and did a great job replacing my shattered iphone screen and replacing the battery. Also the price was 1/2 to 1/3 of what we were quoted from other stores. Not apple parts, but come with a 3 month manufacturer warranty.

The owner went above and beyond helping me to retrieve as much data as possible when my hard drive crashed and I was having issues accessing data on the weird back up system we were using - even going as far as letting me sit in the back of the store hooked up to their network while on the phone with the back up companys customer service. Then when we decided to fix our computer it was done in less than 24 hours and it works perfectly!

I would give this place a million stars if I could. Justin gave me the best consumer experience Ive ever had with anything, ever. I just purchased a new desktop gaming PC online, and wanted all my RGB lighting elements hooked up in a very specific way. I had already been seen by 2 other places that said my job was too complex and didnt feel comfortable doing it. I felt completely defeated... ENTER JUSTIN. Not only did he finish the job same-day at a great price, but he also redid my cable management to look much nicer, answered all my obscure tech questions, and even troubleshooted an issue over the phone. Fantastic. I had huge issues with my Razer laptop, the battery had swollen tremendously. The first two laptop repairs I called didn’t even know Razer. Razer customer service refused to send a new battery and wanted me to send my laptop to them for $250+. I went in, he removed the swollen battery, fixed my trackpad that had been damaged, and helped me order a new battery, replaced the battery, and even cleaned my fans all for just $40 total between two visits. He saved me $200 and months of waiting with no computer. He’s super friendly too, would absolutely recommend

Justin is an amazing associate. My macbook pro had crashed and would not start. The apple store technician told me it was a complete hardware failure and it would cost $1200 to replace the motherboard and another $500 to data recovery. I took it to PC Warehouse and Justin quickly identified the issue. The total cost was just below $300 to replace the hard disk (including data transfer) with a new faster SATA hard drive which runs 10X faster and energy/battery efficient. My laptop now works lighting fast and would definitely recommend this place to any and all computer issues and fixes. They are honest and give you a quote up-front which is very reasonable.
