One star is enough for this place. Customer service is something they need to improve. I visited this place 5 times and always the same bad attention. I visited this place to send money via Western Union. I was second in line and behind me 3 other people. When it was my turn, the lady at the counter told me that I had to wait until she finished serving the other 3 people behind me. I said its okay. When it was my turn again there were 2 new clients behind me. And again the assistant told me that I had to wait again. This kind of attention doesnt make any sense to me. As customers, it is not our business if they do not get a good commission from Western Union. If it is not a good way for them to earn money through the money transfer service, the logical thing is to stop offering this service. Every time I was there to send money, they did the same. If you want to send money at this location, you may have to wait until they finish with all other customers, even when you are the first to arrive. Very crazy. By the way. They do not practice social distancing. It is a small place with 8 people inside, everyone is quite close to each other. It is a waste of time and you will be exposed to a high risk of COVID contamination. The worst place.If you don’t get enough commission offering the western union services stop offering them. Clients are not supposed to pay for that. It is not our business we are clients.
