I really wanted some help with knowing which foundation is best for me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very kind lady name Z. She gave me very helpful tips and matched me perfectly! She knows her makeup and she also was the sweetest person ever! Would definitely recommend her if anyone needs help.

I had recently gotten my makeup done in stores for the 30 min. The young lady did a good job however I had to keep reminding her to sanitize her products. Then when I went to pay her manager said I need to buy more products although my products cost over $47 because I had foundation added to my face. I thought this was absurd being that Ive never been told that adding foundation equalvilates to spending more. She said her associate spent extra time on me but didnt factor in her associate had to stop to keep helping other customers. Ran late initially because she was doing a previous full face. Had to stop mid way doing my makeup to fix a girls lash which all factored into why I ran later than I should. I was appalled she would make such a scene. I will never go back. And suggest if you want good service you go to Trumbull Mall, Westfarms Mall, or Meriden Mall. Their Mac personnel are amazing.

Horrible customer service.I went in there a few days ago, there was a lady with burgundy red hair who was helping one customer, And there was a black guy on the phone at the counter and I walked in, none of them acknowledge my presence at the store. The place was practically empty with just one customer before I walked in. And this red hair who was helping that one customer did not even looked my way and I walked right by her to make sure she saw me. Both associates ignored me like I was a ghost, I walked right out of that place, they obviously do not know what customer service is all about and couldnt tend to two customers at that once. Its a big shame they choose to ignore me when I had so much cash on me to buy their mediocre make up, I just wanted to buy mac make up for the first time that day to see what the fuss was all about. But their customer service is beyond horrible.Never will go there again

Everyone is very friendly and always asking if you need help. Its a very clean and well taken care of store, you can see that when you first walk in. The costumer service is great, theyre always willing to double check the back if they have a certain color you need.
