Went to spooky town the other day and both my kids are so happy with their costume choices! Natalie was fantastic and beyond helpful. She showed us what aisles the costumes were in for each kid, she helped them try it on and at the end she even let my son help checkout his costume at the register. He was so excited! There was another staff member who was also great with my kids and showed my son some of the Halloween toys. Highly recommend getting your costumes from here!

The staff is awesome and the Owner even better. The people complaining was either having a bad day or just came in at the wrong times because these people that work here are very hard working and respectful. They care about the customers and their needs I’d give this place 10 stars but it only stops at 5 haha

The building was run down.. costumes and masks where broken. The only thing spooky about this place was that the ceiling was falling apart.

Costumes were in the wrong bags. Plastic masks were broken. The 2 women working the registers had masks on that were pulled down and not covering their noses or mouths. And my 10 year old overheard the cashiers swearing multiple times. I will never return to this store. I would give zero stars, but it won’t let me.

Literally the best halloween store there is, don’t listen to people complaining. The staff is great, Natalie is so sweet and Bobby is so nice and welcoming. There is sooo many cute stuff there and it’s very versatile. Definitely my favorite halloween store!!

Great store got my costumes there lots of people they had a sale when I was there

Bought a body suit missing snaps tried to call the store no answer and no voicemail box set up. Extremely disappointed.
