Please do not choose this company as your utility supplier. They will increase your rate after your contract with them has expired automatically without notice. They will then re-enroll you in an agreement with fees. If you have been scammed by this company, please report it to PURA to file a complaint. This will help hopefully get your money back.

Auto renew my gas at 81.88. market price is about 50.00.there web site rate is 55.most company will just put to back to month to month after contract end.not renew at a high rate

Bad news. Received confirmation of rate of .059 but attempted to bill .1149! Dishonest and telephone rep said they know nothing. Sound familiar? I kept written confirmation.I am filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with CT Energy . These are dishonest operators and should be avoided. No one likes being ripped off.

It seems Ive been substantially overpaying for electricity. Im not sure what happened but the price is over double than what was originally quoted. Switch providers if youre paying much more than .075/KWH in supplier charges!
