Temp Air has now cured all the deficiencies noted below. I am now a happy customer!!Initially outstanding and then very disappointing. Their price was very competitive when they quoted the new Carrier A/C. But then, even after a few phone calls, they never finished a small piece of the installation and, though they quoted a credit from the electric company, they never sent the forms I needed to get the credit. Honestly, I needed very little to make this review fabulous... why would they not fulfill their promise and make a customer happy?
