Called to see if they had a part in stock and the guy who picked up said he couldnt walk over to see if the part was there and for me to come and check. Clearly customer service is garbage here.

This place is excellent. Awesome customer service and the employees are a great group of guys. They usually have everything an HVAC company needs.
