I bought the rice cooker name Tiger $100 working only couple months. The store warranty only one month.This store didn’t sale the real Tiger cooker made in Japan ( they told us made in Japan). We have been use Tiger cooker but not buy here, we used over 15 years now just broken. That is why we buy new one . Beware this place don’t believe everything they said.I never buy anything here again

We bought a fridge, dining table, and a bed set worth 12k. They deliver our things three days ago and now not only our fridge is not working, but our dining table is tilted! We call the Teletron from where we bought it (Grand Prairie) and the manager there (Simon Pham) told us that it was our fault that the table is tilted because the floor of our house is uneven. As for the fridge they sold a 2014 fridge to us, but they stated that it is a 2017 brand new. I had to call whirlpool and gave them the serial number to find out that it is a old model. It is now leaking cooling fluids so the fridge can not cool correctly. Our meat is all bad now! They wouldnt do a thing about it I had to call Whirlpool to even get a tech out to my house. I call again spoke to Simon. I told him that not only did they sold me an old fridge it is now not working. He said that it is new just made in 2014. That I was wrong and I dont know what I am talking about. We then call to corporate and spoke to the corporate manager there name Jimmy! He was rude and very disrespectful! All we wanted was either a refund or for them to replace our things. They just keep blaming us about everything! How in the world did we brake it if you just delivered it and we havent even used it for more then two days!!!!! If I could give them no star I would. We are not the only customers that got treated like this. There has been multiple people that had bought an item from them and it turns out to not work and they wont exchange or refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They raise the price 3x more then the actual product actually worth. Our bed set was only 2K at another furniture store, but they charged me 4K thats double!

So humor me, it does sound like a scam to me.I dont know how they manage to get the labels Made in Japan on theirs products.But to me, these products are super-cheap and easy to break out. Bad service..they just want your money

If you do a search for Teletron in Orange County, on Yelp, a few things come up. At first you see that theres two Teletrons, both at the same address. So Im guessing that the first one has had such bad reviews, that they didnt claim that one, and started a new one! Oh my god, so smart.Too bad their businesses practices didnt change with their Yelp fresh start. If I could give negative stars, I would. So here I am, on Google Maps.My family bought what they were told was a leather Max West couch set which was on sale. The material on the couches and the price of the couches ($1,599 reduced sale price), would fool most people into thinking that they were indeed leather as they were explicitly told. The furniture set had a one year warranty.After a few months past a year, the furniture started flaking and exposing the fabric underneath the outermost, leather looking layer. Definitely not leather, not even close.We contacted the store and even the manufacturer (were sure the manufacturer is in on this scam as the couches last just long enough to expire the warranty). Their only helpful response was to tell us to contact the other (the store told us to contact the manufacturer and vice versa).On top of all of this, my parents were told that delivery would be free, but looking upon the receipt again, there was a SVC-Service charge that was snuck into the billing. What that service was, we have no idea.Teletron and Max West furniture, not once. Do not go here, you will be taken advantage of at every turn possible.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a fridge. Walked in looked around for 10 minutes or so and not once were we greeted. I actually needed dinner any way so to IKEA! Those Swedes got it down!
