This place is fine to buy and pick up orders, but I tried to return an item I paid for with my credit card. I did not have the receipt, but I had my credit card that I used to pay for my item. The woman at the return counter seemed to not know what she was doing and did not let me return my item. I went to the Westminster store and they quickly refunded my item by scanning or swiping my credit card that I used when I bought my item. The worker at the Westminster store said they could look up my purchase with my credit card if I dont have a receipt. The worker at the Stanton store did not do that, which was a waste of time.

I usually dont say much about certain chain stores because they are just that an identical copy from one location to the next but this one is different; Ive never been in a Home Depot that was this disorganized! The layout is different than others and it doesnt make sense. You will find things in place you wouldnt think to look or they just wont have it but the bad thing is you will never know. For people that use the store app this may not be a big deal I just dont like having to as someone.

I love this store. Spend lots of money here. Like plant section but did not give 5 stars because the 2 ladies who knew lots about garden section ( one especially Debbie) retired last year. They have no one now who know plants!!

I went there to rent a snake to clear my shower drain the man in the yool rental area asked if he could help me I told him I needed to rent a snake to clear my shower drain which I had cleared before with a real thin wire that I bent a little hook on the end of it but this time I couldnt get the wire down the drain at all so I needed to rent a machine to see if I could clear the drain so he showed me a drill driven snake that he recomended and that he bought for himself so indtead of renting the one I was giong to rent kind of pricey and he said he couldnt really tell me if it would really work or not but he said he had a snake that he knew for sure it would work but they only sold them didnt have that type for rent so I took his word for it and bought the tool you hook up to a drill motor it was a Bosch it worked perfectly for less than I could have rented one for and Im glad that I bought one the snake cleared drain real fast and easy it was the best and easiest snake I ever used it was a bosch that hooks up to a cordless drill

I like this Home Depot...cause it is somewhat convenient for me. The parking sure does suck tho. This plaza is shared by 10+ stores. Inside...polite employees and items are neatly stocked. I will still come here to buy whatever I need.

Home Depot is always a hit or miss either you have good customer service good people who know the store and know the items or you have employees who look at you ignoring you and keep walking but all in all its okay

This particular location! Has a variety of plants, paint department personnel was very helpful selecting the right paint for my project. No big lines! I will recomend this location.

Went in today on 02/24/21 to get a 24” 1 1/2 PVC Pipe. I could not find help for ten minutes. After finally getting help to get the PVC cut into shorter lengths, the employee in the plumbing aisle, Frank, an older gentlemen told me to cut the PVC myself. I don’t think I was asking for too much and his response caught me off guard. Hopefully next time I get an employee who is a lot more helpful than “you can cut the PVC yourself.”

Pretty good. Sometimes difficult to find things, I usually have to check their website to find aisle and bay numbers for things I need. Other than that, theyre good.

This Home Depot trip was great! I really appreciated the great customer service!It happend that I had to go at about 8:40 pm and they close at 9 pm. I needed to repair a wall in the front lobby of a business that had water damage, and had to get drywall, wall mud, tape, etc.. and all of the employees that helped me were fantastic! I was never rushed and didnt feel like they were pushing me out the door at anytime. I was using a business account without their physical card on me. this requires they call the owner to verify the materials Id purchased which meant more time before they could go home. The Customer Service girl, I should have gotten her name, was all smiles and patience with the obvious inconvenience I had caused her. We finished the transaction and bid farewell. The service was like we rarely get to see anymore. The Covid Protocols were in place and all of the employees wore masks and used social distancing as required. The store was clean and stocked well. Aisles were neat and organized making it easy to find everything that was needed in about 15 minutes. If you. are in the Stanton area and need a Home Depot this is the place to go for everything you need with the added bonus of great customer service!Theyre at Beach Blvd. / Chapman in the south/west corner shopping center. I think their hours are M - Sat 7:00am - 9:00pm and Sun 8:00am - 7:00pm.Happy Building.

Employee ComplementI was in the Stanton, Ca store to exchange a bathtub spout that was missing a connector . When I went to the aisle to get another spout, there werent any. Employee JasonWas in the aisle assisting another customer, and when he was through with the customer I approached him and asked him if he anymore or the spout I needed in stock. He said he didnt have a phone on him to check stock, but he went to the place where the spout should be hanging and got the part number. He said he would have to go get a ladder and he would be back. It took him a while, and when he returned with the ladder he apologized for the delay as customers kept stopping him to ask questions. I told him I understood and appreciated his assistance. He found a box of the spouts and got one out for me.Jason went over and above what I expected, and provided excellent customer service.

Manager has helped me on two different occasions.and the first time he did was when Id gotten a flat tire and needed air but didnt have the time nor money to buy a pump so my plan was go to home depot ask if I may barrow their pump which was $20.00 I think and without even meeting me he told the employee on the sales floor to let me have it when I was done.....thats helping the community

I go to this home depot at lease 10 times a month. I have had some great experiences lately. The general manager Edgar is always willing to hear me out when I have a bad or good thing to say about employees. Tim is the person that I have dealt with lately and man this guys attitude is amazing. One of the few people that actually loves his job . Hope he gets more hours so I can keep running into him. Amazing work Tim keep it up.

Do not buy at Home Depot. I bought a refrigerator at the Westminster Home Depot on July 3rd. The delivery company N. A. L. Group damage the refrigerator. I have been getting the run around every week Im calling and they keep giving me a different story. Its September 1st and they still have not gotten back to, they dont call me back. Do yourself a favor and go buy it at COSTCO. COSTCO had a no questions return policy. By the way I couldnt give less than a star. I added 3 pictures of the damage. Good luck and remember DONT BUY at HOME DEPOT.

Been waiting for more than 20mins by the saw machine to get some wood cut and no one shows up. Already asked 3 workers in different department and they all called for anyone available to assist me. Yet no one came. Is there no one in charge of the lumber department. Finally decided to leave. Waste of time.

Stanton store : Found 2 different employees to help me find what I needed! At other HDs you cant find an employee or they are POd that they have to wave their hand in the general direction where it might be.

It wasnt at Home Depot,but in that same Plaza-Parking lot,In Orange County,Beach Blvd.,this passed Saturday,I met the guy who ended-up stealing my car(still-registered in my mothers name,she gave to me as a gift,but pending transfer of ownership),in that general-area,he is from that area.

Always find what I need, usually helpfull staff, today though one of my items did not have a tag (wire shelf), cashier told me to run back and get price!!?? Excuse me, sure let me do your job! He didnt even want to try, I asked if he could call that department or an employee to run and check, he seemed frustrated, I even started looking on-line to find the price. He finally just did a look up on the register and found it!! No its not his fault I have asthma and already stood in line in the sun just to get in and was in no condition to RUN and get the price, but a little customer service would be nice!

My husband and I have always had positive experiences with the employees at this Home Depot. In particular one young fellow named Dalton went out of his way to be courteous and helpful.

Customer service is great, but driving thru their property in order to get to loading docks is really tight and messy, they have pallets of merchandise all over the place making it kind of difficult for a semi truck.

Wow! I keep running into untrained and unknowlegable employees at this location! Whats up guys? Not enough time to train people? I ask the simplest questions and I am met with a blank face and an unenthusiastic employee. Not a great experience.

It isnt always easy to find someone to help when searching for items, but they are very helpful when you do find someone. Also if you download the app you can search for items and it will tell you what aisle it is in.

This was my second one same there no air compressor supplies my hookups didnt have them on beach and then I was at the one over there on brookhurst both of them didnt have anything I needed

I go here all the time, they have a great selection of affordable products. Even their lumber and garden section have huge amounts of product. The lot is almost always busy and I appreciate the hours that they are open. I can go very early in the morning or later at night if I need to. If you ever need to return a product, they make it very easy and fast to get your money back. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful when you need them. I will be coming back as long as the store remains open.

I came into the store for several items for my new house, the first being a new water heater. I went straight to appliances and after ignoring me for a couple of minutes (to complain about not getting his 15)they paged someone. He was helpful and I moved to my next purchase, switch plates. I asked someone walking past where the jumbo white were. First he had a coughing fit, then said he did not think there existed such an item. Knowing I had purchased them in another location I told him I no longer needed his help, luckily along came the real electrical department employee and pointed them out. Next is where the real star appears, Kurt!!! He was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Kurt measured and found me the correct size plastic light panels, then helped me with ceiling light fixtures. Its employees like Kurt that will have me going back to that store.

This location is close to home but they dont make their customers feel very comfortable I feel like they are watching every little move in that place. They must get alot if thieves in that place..I shouldnt have to feel like guilty of stealing everytime I visit that location.

Their garden center is smaller than other home depots, and their selection was pretty basic.

I was so disappointed when I went there and I saw people walking in without facemasks, I was very worried about my well being and other peoples. Its been 3 weeks and never went back there again. They should care about their employees and their customers, for few careless customers youre loosing caring ones.

Its Home Depot their proprietary brand is extremely lower-quality then the items they use to carry!There are a lot of new employees which means they are eager assist but LESS informed. This location is a little bit more helpful than most in this area.

Love home depot, they are always polite and courteous no matter how inexperienced I am on picking stuff up for home projects. They should have a few more workers. Customer service have to call for help always.

You can get cleaning supplies here and staff is knowledgeable on items you may need for basic home repairs to appliances you may be interested in purchasing.

They have been responsible keeping good distance rules and masks during the pandemic, carts are being cleaned up before use and overall the employees are as helpful as ever, adding one more star from how I classified it before

This location is great, lots lots of knowledgeable personnel, I talked to them over the phone, what a difference from calling other locations, this gentleman told me, hell bring the item I needed to the front desk for me to pick it up, while at other locations, they didnt even know what I was looking for, nor they go look for the item; while at the Lakewood location, a lady that shouldve had the Home Depot vest, was more likely modeling other apparel and make up with very little help if someone needed something; anyway, Home Depot is still good a good hardware store at some locations, the one on Stanton is definitely one to go to.
